We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Nate’s place was great! Check-in was easy and the house was gorgeous. It’s tucked away enough to be quiet from the street but not hard to find. Appreciated Nate’s responsiveness and flexibility and would stay again if I found myself in the area!

This location was INCREDIBLE! This was my first experience booking with Airbnb and I could not have been happier! My guests and I all said that we would come back to Philadelphia just to stay here!

Older house but very comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs are railroad so you will have to walk through one to get to the other. One bathroom but it's nice and well stocked. Nice views into the farms and valleys. Only issue we had was one of my friends was afraid of the old house noises from the wind. Great for families or a few friends looking for a low key place to stay

This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

This is our 2nd stay at this air bnb for a birthday getaway. We love it not only because of the hot tub, but because it can fit so many of us! Another perk is that this is one of the few places that doesn’t have a house rule against parties and events but you of course need to be respectful of the house, quiet hours, and neighbors. The host was also very quick in answering all my questions.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

As others have said before us, Ian’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs, and really almost perfect, period. It was warm and cozy (seen the weather wasn’t), comfortable for 3 people and within walking distance of many great restaurants. We were in town for our son’s wedding in New Hope, and had waited too long to book something in New Hope. This was a quick and easy 20 minute drive down a beautiful rural road. Home was immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furniture. Ian was very communicative with us and was a great host. If there was any minor complaints…one is from my niece. She stayed in the front bedroom, closest to the street. She said the bed was very hard and could use a topper. The only other issue, and we think it really needs to be repaired. It was very difficult to lock the door we used to enter and exit the house. We were made aware of it at check-in, but we still had to call Ian for clarification when we were unable to lock the door in either direction.

Really great stay! The one-bedroom was super clean and comfy—perfect for a relaxing weekend. The shower was awesome, nice water pressure and super clean. Loved hanging out by the fire pit at night, and the gazebo was a great spot to chill with a coffee in the morning. Would definitely come back.Actually this might be my go to air Bnb when i come to Philly. Thanks again for everything

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

This is the 3rd time we’ve come up and stayed ten days each time. Sometimes upstairs, - much more spacious; sometimes down, - opening onto the inviting porch just steps away from their cafe where everything on the menu is delicious. We love how the inside of both units feel like Chip and Joanna Gaines’ “Magnolia” and the views outside of the Colebrookdale Railroad (so fun… give it a try!) with the great magnolia tree and blooming flowers just seals the deal. You surely won’t be disappointed!

We chose this location for it's proximity to New York City and that it was pet friendly. There are special touches, such as body wash and shampoo in the shower, head towels to use after washing your hair plus much more. The kitchen has new appliances and a Keurig stocked with K-cup pods and a full array of dishes and cooking ware. The home is spotlessly clean. The one bedroom has a comfortable mattress and another sleeper sofa in the extra room. There are plenty of extra towels, sheets and bedding. When we arrived, there were dog bowls set up with a treat that Karina left for our French Bulldog. He was so excited with his gift. There is wonderful Polish grocery store about a block from the home with a wonderful selection of Polish foods and treats. We stocked up before heading home. The NJ transit station is an easy walk and a short ride to NY Penn station. The train station also has a parking lot that has a low 24 hour fee if you want to park instead of walk.

Very clean. Easy parking. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet. Great location to get on and off the parkway. No laundry, but a great laundry mat a very short walk away. Look forward to returning.

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

Freda's apartment is on the main floor - no steps and it's the most quaint and quiet one. We enjoyed the space and even outdoor patio overlooking willow trees, watching squirrels and birds while having our coffee, breakfast, and dinner outdoors. The home is so clean and decluttered, well curated and thoughtful. Freda has helpful notes to make sure everything is easy to use. Showers are perfect with good pressure. There is a yoga mat that was useful. The community is quiet and there are plenty of walk paths so you can go out for a stroll or a run. North Brunswick is a great community with lots of restaurants, shopping areas. 15min drive to New Brunswick NJ Transit station. I highly recommend Freda's home! We will be back to rebook here whenever we are in NJ.

Elegantly decorated and well stocked with cute little touches, in a quiet safe neighborhood, convenient hassle-less street parking. -30 mins to Longwood Gardens, friendly and super-responsive hosts.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Loved staying at the Chocolate Factory for the second time - such a unique, peaceful, and lovely space! Thank you - we will most definitely book again!

Great location with gated parking! Lots of restaurants/cafes within easy walking distance. Location makes it easy to walk to all of Center City, Society Hill, Queen Village, etc. Lee and Danny were very responsive throughout our stay.
