Guy und Fadia sind bezaubernde Gastgeber, wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt, die beiden haben sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Es war wunderschön ihre Geschichten zu hören und sich von ihrer Erfahrung inspirieren zu lassen. Es ist definitiv nicht selbstverständlich was sie für ihre Gäste machen. Die Herzlichkeit, das Zuvorkommende, ihre Geschichten und noch viel mehr haben sie uns ins Herz schließen lassen. Wer eine schöne Zeit in Paris verbringen und gleichzeitig eine authentische Gastfamilie kennenlernen möchte ist bei den sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen diese Erfahrung zu machen, uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es bei jeder Gelegenheit wiederholen. Vielen Dank den beiden.

Une escapade très reposante à seulement quelques minutes de Paris. Merci à Véronique pour son logement très bien fait et ses recommandations qui ont rendu ce séjour très agréable.

Our stay with Margaret was wonderful. she is so warm and interesting. The room is very nice and large. Comfortable bed, and ample storage. Margaret set out yogurt and bread for our breakfast. She also had eggs if we wanted to cook. Getting in to Paris was simple on the M1 or RER A. Vincennes was also very interesting and vibrant. All around great experience.

Le logement est parfait, très propre , confortable et joliment aménagé aussi bien intérieurement qu' extérieurement. On s'y sent bien ! Le parking est un vrai plus ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Vanessa est très sympathique, arrangeante et très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellente séjour dans ce jolie petit appartement. Il est très facile d’accès, est surtout bien placé, au calme. Merci encore a Aymeric d’avoir été aussi bienveillant et réactif à toutes nos demandes. Nous vous recommandons vivement de séjourner dans cet appartement !

Super week-end chez Emma et Franck, les hôtes sont particulièrement accueillants et chaleureux! Le gîte est prêt de la gare et du centre, très pratique pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture, nous reviendrons !!

We have just bid farewell to the Painter’s House and our wonderful hosts Dominique and Erik. Tears were shed as we walked away, wishing we could stay forever. Our hosts were so welcoming , providing everything we could wish for, from beautiful breakfasts with the world’s best croissants , to useful suggestions for interesting and unusual places to visit and invaluable advice for negotiating Paris’s transport system . The apartment is close to train and bus connections and to many wonderful restaurants, cafes and emporiums ( fabulous cheese shop ) We highly recommend the Painter’s House and can’t wait to return , Lisa & Graham

Alain is it a wonderful host. His apartment is in a great location and really has a Parisian feel with all the books and photographs throughout. There’s even a view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom! Alain provides a generous assortment of baked goods and good coffee and juice for breakfast each morning. He is a thoughtful, friendly, and considerate host.

We had a wonderful stay at Morgan’s place for our few days in Paris. The location is perfect for getting to anywhere you would like in the city by either walking or taking the metro. Morgan was very helpful in providing recommendations for us before and during our visit. The breakfast that was laid out each morning was stellar!! The room and attached washroom are quite small as described, but perfectly suitable for two people. Would stay again!

The pictures do not do any justice for how beautiful the view is. Both Odile and Armel were amazing hosts - we woke up every morning smelling the fresh croissants. Mooi verblijf, in een rustige wijk op 7min van de rechtstreekse trein naar Parijs. Perfect om hartje Parijs te vermijden met de auto. Veronique en Olivier waren superlief en vriendelijk en ondanks dat ze moesten werken maakten ze tijd om er te zijn voor ons met ontbijt, tips en een leuke babbel. Mooie kamer met prive badkamer en toilet. Alles wat nodig was voor onze 4daagse citytrip.

If we could leave more stars, we would!!Sandrine and her whole family were extremely welcoming, taking the time to sit and talk with us. The location was perfect for the Olympic rowing, in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. If we come back to Paris, we would like to stay with her again. Her home is beautiful and we feel lucky to have had the opportunity to share it with her.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb hosted by a lovely couple. From the moment I arrived, their hospitality was heartfelt and genuine—they truly made me feel like part of the family. What stood out most was Catherine’s incredible talent for baking. Each morning, I was greeted with the smell of fresh bread, and other homemade treats that tasted just as good as they smelled. It felt like waking up in a cozy countryside bakery every day. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything I needed. But it was the warmth of the hosts that made the stay unforgettable. They were kind, attentive, and always happy to chat or offer local recommendations. If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming place with the bonus of delicious homemade baked goods, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a hidden gem that feels like home.

Excellente nuit qu’on a passé chez Catherine et Fabien. Dès notre arrivée, on a été accueilli avec une chaleur et une hospitalité exceptionnelle. La maison est un véritable havre de paix, impeccablement entretenue et décorée avec goût, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir chez soi. Catherine et Fabien sont des hôtes authentiquement attentionnés, leur sens du détail et leur engagement à offrir une expérience de qualité sont vraiment remarquables. On recommande vivement un séjour chez eux à quiconque cherche une escapade paisible et unique. Charming historic house with modern amenities. Isabelle was very friendly, helpful, greeted us and showed us the functioning of the house. House was clean. With coffee and tea provided. Safe neighborhood. Location next to major attractions. Isabelle is a great host. Highly recommended

Karine hat ein Zuhause, dass sich wie eine warme Umarmung anfühlt sobald man es betritt. Für mich war es wie ein Zuhause auf Zeit und dieses Gefühl hat Karine auch vermittelt. Ich empfehle es sehr für Allein-Reisende. Für mich war es einfach ein Traum und ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Fantastic modern spacious room in the outskirts of the main city centre of Paris. Easily accessible by metro. Very quiet and private. Jean-Michel, David's partner, was very welcoming as he was around for our visit, and they have the cutest little boy.
