This home is a unique and tranquil getaway, that accommodates a maximum of four people. It retains two en suite bedrooms, with two beds that can turn into double and/or single. A spacious area with a fully equiped kitchen, dining area and living room is also available. Moreover, it has an outdoor swimming pool, relaxing areas and a build-in jacuzzi (outside of the main house). The view of the sea is spectacular, and a moment that no one wishes to miss out on, is the rising sun in the morning !

It has been lovingly restored and offers unique accommodation at a very affordable price. Pelekas itself is located on Corfu's west coast, close to two of the island's best beaches - Kontogialos (Pelekas Beach) and Glyfada. Just a minute or so away from Avgi's House you'll find mini-markets, a bakery, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

Our Villa Estia (92m2) is placed directly in wonderful Paleokastrista. The Sea view on Platakia bay and the port Alipa make this house a special place to be. This brand new, spacious apartment was fully renovated in 2021 with brand new furniture, bathroom, kitchen, windows and AC system. The building was built by my family and has been our family home for over 15 years. The apartment has a very comfortable, brand new sofa (turns into a sofa bed) along with a smart TV with access to Youtube and Netflix (Via your own account).
