We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everyone at the tennis/pickleball courts were friendly, and we got in good practice and games. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. Ken was responsive to any of my questions. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Ken gave great recommendation for visiting the beach.

This was one of the best places we stayed and will definitely come back! The patio, furniture and pool area were amazing, comfortable and we did not want to leave. Sat down by the waterfront tiki day/night and it was so beautiful and relaxing, you did not even need to leave the house, if you didn't want to. And to entertain two 15 year old boys with fishing, bike riding, swimming, simply amazing! The kitchen had everything you needed when we cooked. We are seriously in love with this home and location and can't wait to go back!

Stayed for 5 nights with husband, 2 kids ages 11 and 12 along with Grandparents for a relaxing Spring Break getaway. The house was beautiful. Kitchen contained everything needed to make meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. House is located close to beach and shopping. The highlight for us was the hours spent in beautiful backyard. The spa and pool were amazing! There is a covered area by pool where we ate many meals and played card games. Eric was very responsive whenever we had had a question.

We loved the house and how peaceful the neighborhood is. Great location near many restaurants and shopping, but still had a quiet stay. I would recommend having a rental car. The house was very clean and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed the lanai with comfortable seating, pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

Carla’s place was absolutely beautiful and she was a wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive with lots of great recommendations. The house was clean and just as described and we never wanted to leave the pool. Thanks Carla for an awesome stay - we will definitely be back!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Haus von Alex. Wir haben sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich große Klasse, es ist sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, der Pool inkl. Whirlpool sind super. Alex war ein toller Gastgeber der sich sehr schnell auf Fragen zurück gemeldet hat. Ich empfehle zudem das tolle Gästebuch, welches Alex erstellt hat. Da gibt es alle hilfreichen Infos rund ums Haus. Herzlichen Dank Alex, wir kommen wieder!

Cute little place. Very quiet neighborhood but only a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and other amenities. My girls enjoyed the pool and the dock for fishing although they didn't get any bites. It was perfect for our small party of 3 for a quick trip to SW FL. Would definitely consider John's place again.

This was a great “home base” for our event at the Heitman House. It was nearby and walkable, with plenty of space for all our guests. The house and backyard were excellent for hosting meals and hangouts, and the place was really well-stocked, making it feel like home and not a random rental. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, including lots of extras so despite being at full capacity for days we didn’t need to go without. I really appreciated the amount of bath and pool towels that were provided! The hosts were responsive and had anticipated many of our questions and needs. Details like the kitchen having multiple coffee makers, and extra bug spray & beach chairs were nice touches.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

We spent our family vacation at Katherine’s home in March 2025. Our vacation consisted of Myself and my husband, Our two sons and daughters in law and 3 children under 3 1/2. We enjoyed every minute from check-in to check-out. The house was very spacious, clean and childproof. The lanai area was perfect for relaxing! The pool was great, with a landing that was perfect for our 1 year old grandson to play. Our granddaughters lived in the perfectly heated pool when we were there. The pool lighting and uplighting were gorgeous. Katherine’s house was well stocked, plenty of pool toys, bikes and beach stuff. The location was perfect, with lots to do! We had such a good time, lots of memories and would highly recommend for your family vacation.

We spent the month of March at this home and enjoyed the experience. With only solar heat we were afraid we wouldn’t use the pool but it was great and enjoyed lots of floats. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and beautiful canal views. Everything looked like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood too

We didn’t want to leave! Such a great house and location. It had everything we needed, including all kitchen ware. It was so nice being able to go up to Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s close by to cook at the house. The pool and screened in porch were so lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus und die Möbel sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und man hat viel Platz. Küche, Bäder und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Restaurants sind sogar in Gehdistanz und auch der Supermarkt (Walmart) ist in der Nähe. Ich kann Ben's Haus sehr empfehlen!!

Exceptionally beautiful interior. The pool was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable.

My family stayed here over Christmas and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It has a beautiful pool and is in a great and safe area close to great food, gas, shopping, groceries and anything you need. The house itself was clean, cozy, well stocked and has a beautiful heated pool. The arcade games kept the kids busy as well! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a GR8 time staying here. The location is very peaceful and the secluded pool area is epic. The Yellow house has what you will need and some for a wonderfully relaxing stay. Bucky is a 10 outta 10 host, you won't be remiss. Book it!

The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en esta casa, y la tercera con Marc y Anne como anfitriones. Ellos son ¡geniales! La casa es completísima, prolija, hay toallas de sobra y la cocina es un 10. Recomiendo abrir las ventanas, y permitir que el sol entre. Es una casa súper luminosa. El patio es, siempre, nuestro lugar de encuentro: entre la pileta y asados. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la secadora, y Marc fue absolutamente expeditivo, atento y servicial. El clima no ayudó, pero -igualmente- pasamos unos días FANTÁSTICOS. La casa cuenta con bicicletas, que disfrutamos dando vueltas por el barrio que es precioso. Gracias por recibirnos una vez más. Realmente cuidamos y sentimos su casa como propia. Porque así nos hacen sentir bien, super bien recibidos. GRACIAS POR TODO ❤️

We love this place! Stayed here twice and will be back again. Has everything you need, is clean and has a great pool & patio! Virginia is responsive with any questions and very sweet. Recommend this place 100%!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, it had everything in it, that you could possibly need especially the kitchen and the pool area I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen, and the grandkids loved all the pool toys and accessories We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation designation !!!!

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

A beautiful location, very quiet neighborhood, yet within 1.5 miles of a large supermarket and drugstores. Pictures are very accurate of the home. We loved the outdoor pool area/lanai. There was an issue with the pool filter causing the pool to become too cold for swimming during the last few days, which was unfortunate for us, but that was not the hosts' fault, and they were very responsive, within minutes. The home as a very comfortable layout with several large sitting areas inside, as well as a very large lanai area. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we could need. We did not use the grill, but there was one available. We had an issue with the smoke detectors and, again, a simple text to our hosts brought immediate response and remedy. Alexina and her husband are lovely and very responsive. I would recommend this beautiful spot and we would return on our next trip to Cape Coral.

One of my most Favorite places in the world to stay! 3rd time!! Kevin is a wonderful host. He is very easy to get ahold of and will always provide useful information as well as things to see or do in the area. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. Exceptionally clean and everything you can think of that you will need is there and then some. Neighbors are very friendly and you will feel safe. You will even see the famous Cape Coral Burrowing Owls!! Definitely has become one of my "Happy Places!" Can't wait to return! ❤️
