The train may come by in the morning and once in the early evening. Put your tent/camper/small RV in front of the Lake & enjoy the view! The closest boat launch is 2 miles away at North Gorge. The water level changes, depending on that, you can’t count on a beach. You can still access and swim in the water. There’s a fire pit, picnic table, outhouse.
