We will have a coffee, tea or infused water in our terrace, with a welcome discussion. Guests will receive a small introduction to the 15 and more herbs which grow organically in our farm and essential oils, their use, properties and effect. We will have a conversation about the specific use of herbs in Rhodes and Greece in general. We will give a touch of history: some of the recipes were used already more than 2000 years ago. We still do the same preparation here. Then, we will walk around our land to see the different plants. We will choose one or two of them to cut, we will collect enough herbs to make our own essential oil. We may go outside of our land on the small mountain to collect more.
After our tour, we will go to our workshop, where we will explain how work the distilling tools, what preparation we must do. We will start the process of distillation, observe and supervise it. We will watch the making of the hydrolat and the oil.
When we finish the essential oil, we will then make cosmetic products that have essential oils inside .
At the end, we will have a small snack of homemade olives with herbs. It will be a time for questions and feed back. We wish you to leave our farm with a strong knowledge about natural medicines, and organic farming, a fun time and a sense of friendship.

Other things to note
You are coming to a small farm, we have animals, dogs, cats, donkeys, chickens. We will be walking through our land, so take comfortable clothes and shoes and hat. Suitable for children. To collect the herbs it is necessary to bend. The walk in the small mountain is easy.
