host was helpful with flexible check in times professional and gave clear instructions on how to get to the property without asking, apartment itself clean and exactly like the pictures, was pretty nice for the price, so it's 5 stars from me

We had a wonderful stay at Mirko’s place with our family. The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. It felt like a true home away from home. The location is also excellent — peaceful and well connected to Rome, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quiet retreat in the evenings. Mirko was a friendly and helpful host, always quick to respond and ready to assist. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others . Thank you for everything Mirko 🙏🏾

el alojamiento todo un acierto!!! muy limpio y ordenado. todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días fantásticos. tiene diferentes tes, cafetera de cápsulas,champú,gel,menaje de cocina. muy buena ubicación en 5 minutos estás en la autovía. es un pueblito con mucho encanto. y el apartamento para mí gusto es perfecto. por supuesto recomendable al 💯. muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad. nos hemos sentido como en casa.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly like in the pictures—clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly. He recommended so many great places and things to do, which made our trip even better. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! We had our own parking lot and close supermarkets.

Awesome experience. The Airbnb offered luxury and serenity way beyond its price. The host provides you with the warmth of a dear friend. I was skeptical about the place before I arrived, and all my skepticism fell apart as I felt the Airbnb was a home away from my own. The cleanliness, hygiene, and amenities are top-notch. The host is always in touch to help you with the stay, food, and tour recommendations. The location breathes a fresh breeze away from the chaos of the urban jungle. I am sure that whenever I visit Kumta, I will look for no other place than this. Strongly recommend. If you plan to visit Gokarna, Yaana, and Honnavar, all these places from an equal distance, this Airbnb is a hand-picked apple for you.

A beautiful stay. The house is lovely, overlooking a lagoon (perfect for a lazy swim). Hitch was also great and made sure we had a nice and comfortable stay.
