WELCOME TO PEACOCK-A charming cottage set on a 1,700 acre bucolic farm in the middle of the Mississippi Delta. Private and secure. All guests are welcome to use the swimming pool (June 1-October 2), tennis court, horseback riding, walking trails. The Cottontail

We welcome you and your family to our home away from home. The Cottontail has the comforts of your home with lots of room for fun. Only ten minutes from town, this quiet and peaceful getaway sits in the country surrounded with nature trails and wildlife. It is a short drive (30 minutes) from Crossett, Monticello, Lake Village and a little over an hour to Greenville, MS and Monroe, LA. There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

The Doll House

Enjoy The Doll House in a cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, consisting of 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. There are also 2 folding beds for additional accommodations. Spacious living room with comfortable seating, 5 smart TVs with accessible Wifi. Relaxing and furnished patio area in gated back yard. Alarm system available as well, for guests to use during their stay. Check in instructions will be sent 1-2 days prior to check in. 🚫 No Smoking 🚫 No Pets

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

Tin Pines

Take it easy and relax at our beautiful cabin. Less than a mile off the Highway but located at the end of the road on a 40 acre track. You can unwind on the backporch, fish in the pond, watch for wildlife and take time to yourself. Wifi is excellent if you need to work remotely and cabin is spacious and open for families to enjoy their time together.

The Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse 2 bed,1 bath,full kitchen, washer, and dryer sits deep in the MS delta crop land and out in the country away from the busy towns. With a nice front porch, BBQ grill, and fire pit you can slow down and relax. This house has WiFi but no TV. A great place to stay when coming through or if you're working in the area.
