The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Holiday apartment "Bergufer - Obergeschoß" in Ober

The cozy and sustainable wooden holiday home "Bergufer" is located at the bottom of the Kofel mountain and on the banks of the Ammer river. Architects and local craftsmen planned and built it between July 2023 and October 2024. The heat comes from the ground and the electricity from the roof. You can see the mountains from the garden or the balconies, and in winter the cross-country ski trail runs right outside the door along the river. The apartment "Apfelgrün" is located in the newly renovated "Hennalahaus", directly in the center of Oberammergau, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. On the ground floor, behind the entrance, there is the fully equipped kitchen and the living-dining room. The staircase leads to the upper floor and thus to the bathroom and the two bedrooms. The historic ceilings here are only 2 meters high, which contributes to a cozy atmosphere. Wi-Fi is included.
