Great little apartment not far from anywhere you would want to go in the Phoenix area! We stayed here for spring training and it was a great location and nice place to unwind.

Wonderful property in an easy to commute part of town. The gate procedure was easy to do and added a feeling of safety while on the property. The condo was very comfortable and is spacious. It was a great place for our long weekend trip. It would be easy to stay in the condo for a longer term too. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and well maintained. And there is an easy cut through to walk to the Safeway and local stores in the strip mall. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my times of booking things like hotels and stuff. Everything was just like the picture not only that Nomade helped me a little finding the keys he’s very friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be booking with him again anytime I’m in the downtown area.

The apartment is cute, king bed comfortable, close to stores and restaurants, friendly neighbours and the grounds are well kept. The location within the complex is good along with the designated parking space. There are other available spots if you have a 2nd vehicle or visitors. We had a couple minor things that needed attending and it was taken care of the same day. Laundry facilities are just around the corner close to the pool. Please note there are stairs leading up to condo so would not work for anyone that has accessibility issues. We would stay again!

The location was convenient to great restaurants and walkable to the convention center where we had an event. The condo was clean , well appointed and we enjoyed the pool as well. My only complaint would be you need two fobs to enter building for 2+ bedrooms. The couple with us had conflicting schedules with us and it made it difficult to enter condo at times. Also the a/c may need to be looked at. We put it down as low as it would go and it was very warm in the condo all weekend. Quite uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place for what we needed. There for a family reunion so the location was great for us, it was very clean and in working order. Kyle was very responsive, quick to get back to me. Kyle's place was very nice perfect for 4 people. Stores are close for food and gas, I'm not much of a shopper so didn't pay attention if there were shopping stores. Thank you Kyle..

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lorelei’s condo made for a perfect stay! Everything about it was just right… SUPER clean, fantastic location, designated parking spot and seamless check-in. There is a lovely private outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is very well stocked- and a Keurig with plenty of pods! The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are pristine. The complex was very quiet- never heard any of the neighbors. The layout of the unit provided privacy for both bedrooms and their attached bathrooms. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was priceless. My husband and I enjoyed the condo so much that we want to return and spend an extended time. It is obvious that Lorelei put a lot of thought into making this the perfect place to call your home away from home.

We loved the gated community that made us feel safe! We were able to walk to the coffee shop, breakfast, Safeway and a nice restaurant! We loved the pool! Underground out of the sun parking was a major plus! Thank you!

Felipe was wonderful to interact with. We had a couple additional requests and he addressed these promptly and helped us out fully, which we very much appreciated. Of all our Airbnb hosts over the years, none has been better than Felipe! The accommodation was just as noted, which we absolutely loved, and the grounds were beautiful. We loved the pool area, which we used a number of times. The long term residents who we met were very friendly. The location was also great, close to many bar and grill options and other restaurants. We did many hikes and the location was also centrally located for these. All in all, it could not have been a better experience, and we hope to return and stay at Felipe’s condo in the future. This condo was spacious and well maintained with a lot of extras such as pool towels, suntan lotion, pickleball equipment etc. The kitchen was equiped with a small coffee bar which was appreciated. Great location in walking distance too many restaurants and the mall.

Shrine is a fantastic host. The home is beautiful, better than the photos and so comfy. She is responsive, kind and easy to work with.

Pou was a great host and was very helpful and accommodating to our large travel group. The countertop snacks were a delight and much appreciated as we had a very long travel day when we got there. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be available next spring for more baseball.

Beautiful and very clean home. Great and friendly host. Very clear home instructions. This home has plenty of space and open common areas to host a group well. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again if the opportunity arose!

I cannot give enough Stars to say how satisfied we were with our stay! Amanda was extremely responsive, so accommodating, and really went over and beyond what we even expected from a Superhost! This property is pristine and so tastefully decorated. And the amenities are so fun! Jared's home is decorated in a hacienda style which we love. It is within a very easy walk to the lake, and by car you can quickly access grocery store, restaurants, starbucks, etc. Ample room for a family to gather in the family room and a great long table for family to enjoy dinner or play board games. We had a couple of our dinners outside on the patio, and enjoyed watching humming birds, doves and quail, do their thing. The general set up of the house, worked perfectly for our needs...
