We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

David’s place was terrific. It was exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming. David was very responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyed the location & beach. Overall condo was nice, short walk to the water & a nice pool, although very busy. However my stay was soured by bugs & even more disappointed in their response to me asking for help with the bugs in the room. Prior to teh stay & during check in responses were prompt. When I notified them of a potential bug issue they were in no hurry to respond or help. After 3-4 days of messages, I indicated I’d send pictures & they called to say the handyman was literally on his way (we were not there so he left a can of bug killer at the door). We ended up with multiple large itchy bites from the trip. Had beach chairs, cooler, sunbrella were very nice touches! Wifi was extremely slow. Had washer/dryer, make sure to dry clothes on lowest heat-my clothes shrunk, dryer was so hot burned my hands taking clothes out. Additionally we booked a 2 week stay, be prepared you get the same ‘starter’ kit no matter how long the stay so you will need to buy TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc

Differently a great place to stay. If I go back for a quick weekend for sure will get it again.

Sylvia’s place was perfect. The bathroom is huge and super clean. We loved the balcony and were sitting outside every morning and evening. It is very quaint. It’s a short five minute walk to the beach. We had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to put our beach stuff in. We did have to share those things with the other unit but it worked out. We will definitely stay at Sylvia‘s place here in Fort Myers Beach again. Perfect little getaway! Highly recommend.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Mario was a great host and better person. Would recommend to anyone visiting fort myers. 10/10

Our stay in this apartment in Naples was wonderful! An exceptional value and great location—restaurants, beach, shopping, etc., all within 15 minutes. The place was very clean and Katie was quick to answer any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed the main pool and gym and taking walks around the property in the evening. The pool closest to the apartment was being worked on while we were there, so hopefully future guests will be able to enjoy it soon!

Absolutely loved our stay! Only 10 minutes from the Pier/beach, restaurants, shops, and Downtown area. The place was just like in the pictures: spotless, with great amenities and decorated impecably. Had a bit of a hiccup with the code while checking in but the hostess helped our right away and we did not miss a beat. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to gorgeous Naples!

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The area around the pool and grounds are beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lounge chairs to unwind. Kathleen was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had complete privacy while attached to the main house. We ate all of our meals out, but there is a kitchenette with a small fridge and air fryer/toaster oven. The location was also great and close to Publix and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! We brought a small child and two adults, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. They provided a high chair and Pack ’n Play which was a huge help and made traveling with a toddler so much easier. There was plenty of space to spread out, with multiple bathrooms and cozy spots to unwind and enjoy our family time. The location is fantastic - much more accessible to the beach than many other places we’ve stayed in Naples Park. We’d absolutely return!

The unit was spotless and modern. The pool and grounds were attractive. Terrie communicated promptly with answers to all questions. The location was excellent and near many restaurants and attractions.

Amazing condo! It exactly matched the description and pictures. The condo was extremely well equipped, kitchen utensils, soap, toilet paper, tissues etc. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the condo is in a great gated community with lots of places to walk. This condo is also walking distance to Publix and restaurants like De Romo's, Roy's & Enrico's. There are also community pickleball courts called Riverwalk. Klaudia was a great host, very responsive with communications. One thing we really appreciated was how easy it was to check in. There is a keypad on the door, so it was easy to access on our schedule and never had to worry about sharing a key. I would highly recommend this condo and would love to go back again!
