Sharon was a great attentive host. Made arrival and departure easy. This place had hands down the most well equipped kitchen I've ever seen! Beautiful views of the sun setting.

We loved staying at John's place, especially hanging out on the screened-in and open decks in the back of the house facing the water. Beautiful view, quiet, and very peaceful. We also had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well-appointed.

Connie's house was the perfect getaway. Fully equipped with anything you may need and more. If you want to go to a place to enjoy their restaurants and stores, this is not the place as the town doesn't have much to offer in that sense, nor the next town Warsaw. We drove one day to Fredericksburg for a nice restaurant and it was great. For basic needs there is a convenience store five minutes away and a Food Lions 15 minutes drive. Now about the house: the game room is a plus with arcade, ping pong and board games; kitchen has everything you need including a big fridge with ice maker (big tray with a constant supply of ice); reliable wifi; TVs in every room; big bath tub in the main bathroom; nice backyard with a table to eat outside and a solo fire pit in front of the water, and nice kayaks that you can use steps from the house (watch the tide as when it goes down, there is not enough water to get in); and importantly the place was spotless, no clutter, no dust. Totally recommend it

Cozy little place, perfect for a vacation to escape the business of life. We brought our 9 and 11 year old girls here for spring break and all loved how relaxing and peaceful it was. With our dog, we ventured over to Ingleside winery twice on foot and came back with bottles of wine. We really loved how you could also jump in the car and spend the day looking for shark teeth at Westmoreland state park nearby and come back and relax on the couch watching a movie. We brought pre-made meals and used the hot plate to heat the food up and it was perfect. We definitely want to come again!! Only note, don’t forget to check for ticks after walking outside. We found a couple on us from the walks, but that’s normal for the East Coast!

The house was spectacular, it has a beautiful view where the tranquility of the water, the wind and the sunset, make you forget everything. I went with my 8 friends who also enjoyed the space, it was a divine experience which I would recommend to anyone. A place to disconnect from the outside world and enjoy everything you have around you. If my friends and I go back to Maryland, I'm sure we'll choose this place again. We were looking for a nice, peaceful place to celebrate my grandson’s 3rd birthday and Landon’s place hit the spot exactly! Not only met expectations but exceeded them. Such an amazing view of the water and the house’s open floor plan was roomy yet still cozy at the same time. Landon was very responsive and provided clear instructions for our stay. We were able to bring our two small dogs so that was an added bonus! Absolutely loved the paddle boards, treehouse, tree swing, trampoline, and fire pit! Both beaches were so easy to get to and the privacy of them was great. My grandson didn’t want to leave and my kids already want to plan another trip here. Truly felt like home away from home and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks for making this a memorable birthday for our big guy 🥰🥳

Nice house for a group - nice bedrooms and space. Peaceful area and beautiful view! House is well taken care of and had all we needed for a relaxing weekend. Town of Montross was cute.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Our entire purpose of this weekend getaway was to relax and enjoy the surroundings and we came to the perfect place- Being on the water is so peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the hot tub and watching the sunrise. The dock was nice for relaxing and some fishing. The home is decorated nicely with everything you need. Thank you Brittany !
