Our remodeled Adirondack barn is an open rustic space where you can relax and reconnect with nature in the most natural and comfortable way. It’s within ~20-30 minutes driving distance to areas of interest such as Lake placid, White face and Van Hovenburg ski centers, hiking trails, Swim holes for summer or for skating in winter, trails for backcountry skiing, snowshoeing and many more... Our space provides the warmth where you can enjoy your gateaway while still feeling a sense of being home.

A Mountain View Chalet - Whiteface Mt, Lake Placid

A Mountain View Chalet is nestled on the wooded hillside of Juniper Hill in Wilmington, NY. The chalet has a spectacular view of and short drive to Whiteface Mountain. This chalet is also a scenic, 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. This charming A-frame is picturesque and reminiscent to the setting of a hallmark movie. Whether you cozy up inside next to the fireplace, gazing out the window at Whiteface, or gather around the fire pit making memories and s'mores, you are going to love this chalet!

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
