We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

Every 6 months or so, my close friend from college and I meet somewhere between our houses (ME & NY). We loved meeting at Erin’s place this time around. The location was unique, walkable, and easy to find (10 minute drive to NBP). The house was very clean and has a beautiful, spacious layout with the pitched roof. Erin was quick to communicate when she noticed the WIFI was switched off. We really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful environment and Plum Island wasn’t busy at all in May, which was just what we were looking for.

Had everything you needed to sleep, cook and stay while visiting family.

The house was clean upon arriving. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Beds were comfortable. It was a lovely home!

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

Heather was a great host who was quick to respond with any questions. The house was spacious and clean. Near plenty of good places to eat but secluded enough for peaceful evenings. Would stay again if vacationing in or around Gloucester.

The place of Shwan, is really very nice an spacious. We stead here because of the Marathon and could easily go to the city centery by public transport. With the 3 of us, the place was great with 3 proper bedrooms and and 1 nice bathroom. Also the living and kitchen were well equipped and spacious. Planes are flying closely over the premise, but only during day times, so was not an issue for us. Great appreciation for the late check-out we could use to leave our luggage.

These hosts were outstanding! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, very clean, very quiet, very peaceful.

I had a fantastic time staying at Lisa's place for a weekend work conference in Boston. The location was perfect – close to local markets and restaurants, making it super convenient for grabbing meals or exploring during downtime. The apartment itself was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which was a real treat after long conference days. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Boston for work or leisure!

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

A lovely place to stay in the Salem. Great location that’s very walkable to downtown Salem and all the attractions therein. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

10/10! Patricia is a wonderful host who went above and beyond during our stay. We stayed during the marathon - and it was a great location to get in and out of Boston with a rental car. Free parking right out front and we never had trouble finding a parking space. 5 minute drive to a grocery store (Wegmans), and delicious Italian restaurant close as well! We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Patricia even helped make our stay special for our kids - so very thoughtful! We will stay here again when we are back in Boston for the race next year!

Loved staying at Isabel’s, location was so great, easy way to get into the city. The place was extremely clean and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

We recently stayed at this beautiful downtown Gloucester AirBNB for our niece’s wedding weekend and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect-right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to get to the wedding venue, the Beauport Hotel, and explore all that Gloucester has to offer. The two-bedroom unit was fully appointed with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. Our host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and responding quickly to any questions. He was even kind enough to recommend places to enjoy breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable stay in Gloucester.

We loved everything about our stay!! The place was immaculate and just as pictured! Kelly was super responsive to all of my questions and went above and beyond!! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors extremely friendly! Easy to find! Driveway parking! Kitchen functionality was great to cook instead of eating out. Plenty is towels and linens! Beds were comfy and CLEAN! Could walk to downtown however we chose to drive and park! Already planning to stay here again next year! Thanks Kelly!!

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Had a wonderful stay. Great location right on the beach. Condo was very nice and well equipped.. Sean was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay in Gloucester was beyond amazing! A trip we have put off since Covid began but back in June we decided to make it happen! Sarah’s condo was beyond our expectations. Beautifully set up,homey, comfortable and right in the middle of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. We are from Annapolis, Maryland and I grew up on our bay crabbing … Gloucester reminds me of home. Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I’m a runner of 40 miles a week so my morning runs were filled with so much beauty from colorful leaves, to a sunrise I’ve never seen! Sailing is my thing so being surrounded by water, boats and of course the smell of fish … we knew our trip was extra special! We stayed specifically on Halloween for Salem fun and Salem did not disappoint! Helpful… a bar directly across the street from her air bnb! We hiked to the lighthouse early morning for exercise and its view did not disappoint either! Five star visit!
