The room has a double bed and is on the third floor, cozy and quiet, among the tree tops. At night you have the stars, and by day the room is light and sunny. The room has old pine board flooring, a sky light with a room-darkening shade, mini-split, closet, dresser, large desk with office supplies, yoga mat, full length mirror, and a fan. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb. Off street parking is available for $10/night.

Located on the first floor of an historic 1721 Colonial home, the Isaac Mansfield Room features a queen-size four poster bed and a a private bath. You step out into history. Walk to shops, galleries, and restaurants. The Harbor is a couple blocks away. I live upstairs and I’m happy to offer advice on restaurants, sights to see and local history. Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.
