This place is a working farm in the middle of a farming area. A great place if you want to get away from the city. The house is older and you will be living with antiques in a living room that is charming. Be aware that there is no kitchen and the closest restaurants are 15 minutes away; however, you can order in advance to get a delicious breakfast made by the owner for an extra charge.

Emy has very kind and the place was beautiful and with a great atmosphere. Great location, very close to town Main Street… We love our little getaway from NYC!!!

I had a lovely stay at Sherrill and Clark's! I stayed for a month while working a job in the area, so I wasn't around much, but the space was a very cozy and homey place to come back to at the end of each day. Sherrill and Clark were very kind and welcoming. The bed was big and comfy! If you live in a city and need some time away New Paltz is adorable. Being from Chicago, it was a great change of pace.

Kyle is so kind and made our 14th Anniversary very special. Our room was quiet, cozy, aesthetically pleasing and convenient. The area is surrounded by natural beauty from the mountains and foliage. We enjoyed a star filled night and the sunrise over the mountains. The fire pit was also a nice touch. Anyone we came across was extremely friendly. We will be back next year. Thank you, Kyle!

We had a great stay. Perfect for what we needed it for - a night away within walking distance of the village, yet secluded. Beds were comfortable, linens were fresh, although we didn’t use it, it had everything we needed even the ingredients to make coffee (also milk and water in the fridge), an extra shower and toilet on the downstairs level, and washer dryer with detergent. Really nice deck area to sit outside. Easy communication through app messaging. Would book again.

This cozy place was perfect for our family when we needed a place to stay near Albany. It's conveniently located near the highway and a short drive into the city. This peaceful, private and comfortable location is everything you can ask for in a place to unwind. What made the stay more special was the friendly and responsive host. She was very accommodating and responded to any questions quickly. She also provided a delicious breakfast every morning which made our stay memorable. I hope we have a reason to stay here again in the future.

Linda was great! Super friendly and willing to help! the place was super cute and clean! Very nice space with plenty of room. Couch is comfy and reclines, good water pressure and good hot water. Bed was comfortable. Quiet surroundings. I would come back easily.

Beautiful area. The apartment was comfortable, modern, and enjoyable place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Really enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom. Our host was friendly and helpful with area attractions and places to eat. Would rent again.

Everything at the apartment was homey and comfortable, even with a surprise (to me at least!) April snowstorm! Perfect place to use as home base for exploring and Gretchen’s recommendations through the guide were super helpful.

An absolute perfect spot for a couple trying to relax. We enjoyed a cabin feel with a nice fire pit and small town vibes. All the stops we made in town did not disappoint (Susie leaves a recommendation list). Would love to return

Graham and Alex were helpful from the moment of booking and throughout our stay, always responsive and offering a local guide and other tips. The suite feels private and peaceful and was cozy and immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the gas fireplace and walking the trail on the grounds. Thank you for a wonderful stay. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Kathy was terrific, greeting us when we arrived and offering recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The rental was spotless, comfy and cozy! The heated bathroom floor was a very nice surprise on those cold mornings! My only regret is that we didn't have time to use the kayaks but that gives us a good reason to visit again next year! Great host, we felt very welcome! Great location: very quiet, yet only a minute's walk to some nice restaurants, bakery etc on main street. It was a very short stay (one night), we should have stayed longer!

Wonderful lodging in a great and centralized location. The area was super walkable, the amenities were perfect and the host's responsiveness was almost instantaneous. Also, the place was cozy, but maybe better suited for a solo traveler than a couple. Overall, a great and easy experience and I'll definitely consider this B&B when I'm in the area again?

Extremely convenient location for visiting our child at SUNY New Paltz. Their dorm was a minute walk from the rental. All dining and shopping was easily walkable. Space was clean and well lit. Definitely recommend as a place to stay while visiting your college student.

A great apartment so close to hiking and cute Hudson Valley towns. The space is bright and nicely decorated -- felt like a home. We were able to cook meals in their kitchen which was well equipped and came with spices and olive oil. The laundry was a perk too! Collen and family were super kind and great communicators. The roads were a bit snowy and icy to the apartment and Collen texted to give a heads up -- so thoughtful!

Another wonderful stay at Jeff’s place! As a Superhost myself, I find Jeff’s place to be an outstanding value. Always clean, very comfortable, and restful. Jeff is always there if you need anything, but there is plenty of privacy in this cozy and completely separate basement apartment. I highly recommend Jeff’s place!

I had a wonderful stay at Linda's place!! It was beautiful, peaceful, clean and tidy. The perfect escape from the city! Linda was such a graceful host, made me feel welcome and right at home, complete with gorgeous dahlias from her garden! I absolutely recommend Linda's home for anyone needing a place to stay!

It was a very calming and pleasant experience. Apartment has everything you need: tucked away from the road and super close to a great restaurant, distillery, Minnewaska lake and Mohonk preserve. Yoga class was great and tub was private and clean. Would definitely recommend for a quiet retreat or romantic getaway.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. It was a great place to unwind after exploring Warren street and surrounding area. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Hudson and would be happy to stay again!

Very clean place to stay, in the middle of nowhere to be disconnected. We liked the location near lake Minnewaska and it had plenty of good restaurants nearby. Great value for the stay, I would stay again if I'm visiting Accord again!

Modern, clean and spacious apartment. The views are stunning. Terri and Ed are friendly, kind and conscientious hosts. Absolutely recommend a stay here for anyone looking to get away to Delaware County!
