The house originates from the 20’s and has been recently renovated with respect to tradition. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries). There are several small coves to swim nearby, as every location is within a five minute walking distance from the house. It is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. Plus, the garden spot is a lovely place to enjoy the sunset. All you need is a vehicle (mandatory) and travel mood!

Our house is a traditional, sunny house with two internal courtyards. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is only ten minutes from the port of Hydra and is fully equipped. Four meters from the house there is a small grocery store that operates on Sundays. There are easy access to sandy beaches (Kamini, Avlaki, Mandraki) and to beaches with rocks (Spilia). The transfer of baggage upon arrival and departure will be done by us.

Today this small war tower has been fully renovated with care, into a lovely summer house. Ideal for a family of 3 looking for a cozy retreat with a wonderful view of the golf of Mandrakia. This room is located in Kamini area. It is part of a bigger building right by the sea, which used to be a tannery (tampakiko) -back to the 1840s. It's been renovated recently and provides you a private balcony with splendid views of the ocean. You will enjoy peaceful moments hearing and gazing the sea, while only a few steps keep you away.

Seascape Apartment at Neorion Beach

The apartment is situated at Neorio Beach and the distance from the port of Poros is 2,5km and 10m from the beach. There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units. We provide all the necessary towels and linen.
