Located on South Lake Street in the heart of downtown North East, it combines big city living with small town charm. Guests can walk to shops, dine at nearby restaurants, bike to Lake Erie, or take a drive to tour local wineries, art galleries, and more. Cozy cottage close to Lake Erie! Cottage is just minutes to Presque Isle. Standalone cottage in neighborhood with beach access via staircase. Kitchen with full-size appliances, king bed, family room with smart TV, washer and dryer. Parking for 1 or 2 cars in driveway. Great restaurants nearby. We’ve been hosting for 5 years. Shades Beach is 1.4 miles away and offers a boat launch ,trails ,play areas , and picnic grounds . Presque Isle State Park known as Pennsylvania's "seashore" is 18 miles away and offers swimming, hiking, cycling and other recreational water activities . Close to restaurants , grocery and shopping .

It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
