Great comfy cozy quiet place! It was very easy to get around the city from there. My whole family was comfortable & enjoyed having two bathrooms and lots of space to move around. The host is very responsive & I would definitely stay again.

John’s place was fabulous! Very spacious, clean and quiet. John was very efficient with responses and getting in was seamless. For us it was 8 minutes from where we needed to be. With the family we now have living in the area we will definitely be coming back here and have recommended it to friends planning on visiting Buffalo. You won’t be disappointed!

Rick was a great host. The space was beautiful and continent to our stay at Niagra. Really enjoyed the space with our family.

Stayed here for a 3 day swim meet at ECC. So convenient…we often walked there. Perfect for 4 adult and 2 children. Very clean and comfortable. Allison was very responsive to any communication.

Our group had a great stay!! we stayed for a friends bachelorette and the space was perfect for all of us the beds were comfy and the kitchen was pretty stocked with cups, plates and utensils!

our family was delighted, very clean, snow-white towels everywhere, TV in each room (convenient when there are small children), comfortable beds, we had a good time. the price is reasonable and absolutely justified. THANK YOU

Perfect location for seeing the sights. Easy walk to the falls, shops, Underground Railroad museum, and Canada. Very clean and neat, felt safe in the area. My only complaint would be the charge to have an early check in. I’ve stayed at many Vrbo and Airbnb’s and sometimes they can accommodate an early check in and sometimes not but I’ve never been charged when they can accommodate arriving a few hours early. I understand it was my choice to pay or not but with a 4 days stay booked I felt I might have been given a couple hours early without a fee.
