The apartment was amazing, well done up and everything you could ever need. Lovely space, warm ambience, clean and pristine. The host was not only sweet but also very responsive and clear. I would definitely visit again.

The location is spacious enough for a 3BHK. We were a group of 7 people and we found it quite comfortable for our liking. Rishabh was very proactive, friendly and accommodating. The place is well connected by road as well as metro. It was good restaurants near by.

Dr Jinal's place was exactly as described and as mentioned by other reviewers. She treated us like family with personal interaction during check-in, regular follow-ups. Her place was our home away from home for couple weeks while we were in the area. For us, this was truly a wonderful, feel-at-home experience. Compared to other Airbnb properties in the area, this one has international level amenities. The internet speed was awesome both for downloads and uploads. The in-apartment washing machine was a great convenience for our end-of-week laundry. Every little detail was meticulously arranged for by Dr Jinal. Extremely grateful that she enabled us to have a comfortable and productive stay at her property.

Overall very good experience

We were a family of 6 staying 2 nights at The Villa by the Sea to attend a wedding in Madh Island. This place suited our needs. There was plenty of space to sleep and keep our belongings. They also made arrangements for our driver to have access to a bathroom to freshen up during the two days he was with us. Shagun and Ronald were both very responsive to my inquiries and the staff at the place we're friendly and accomodating. The place is clean, breakfast of anda pav, aloo bhajji and poha was delicious and the lawn and pool were great ambience to relax in. The beach is also literally right across the road if you choose to take a walk during low tide.

Back here for the second time, and it truly feels like home! The host is incredibly responsive, and the apartment is fantastic, perfectly tucked away from the busy tourist areas.

Shantanu’s place was immaculate, I felt right at home. Location was pretty cool as well, almost everything (market, bars, beach) was in walking distance yet the area was calm and peaceful. Shantanu is a fun company to have around you, he communicated well and answered every query with utmost ease, made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I had an absolute blast this time in bombay and 84% credit goes to this bnb and the friends that I made here, would gladly recommend this place to all my friends!🌷✨

The apartment was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—such a cozy neighborhood with a beautiful park and a supermarket nearby. Plus, it’s just a 15-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here!
