It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. Guests have access to the full property, including hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The studio apartment sits above the garage, and does require visitors to be able to walk up a flight of stairs.
