Bydlení bylo skvělé v moderním stylu. Dekora světel doplňovala skvělou atmosféru. Byt je velkých a prostorný. Rád se na toto místo někdy vrátím. Doporučuji.

Wir haben uns bei Ralf und Sabine in ihrem Atelier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ralf wird sehr bemüht, dass wir uns gut aufgehoben fühlen und mit allem Nötigen versorgt sind. Die Toilette müsste man sich - sofern beide Ferienwohnungen vergeben wären - mit den Nachbarn teilen. Da wir aber alleine waren, hat das gar nicht gestört. Es war eine gemütliche Unterkunft, mit vielen tollen Bildern von Sabine! Vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es hat alles gepasst! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und weitläufig, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne und ruhige Umgebung, die Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Alles wunderbar!

Ganz tolle Unterkunft, super nette Gastgeber. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wunderbare Gespräche, herzliche Aufnahme durch die Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, offen, herzlich, kommunikativ. Das Appartment ist sehr großzügig, sehr sauber und ordentlich, sehr gepflegt, alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Bahn und mit dem Auto. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Ich hatte einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Aufenthalt. Danke schön und bis bald.

We visited the place during Easter break. as a family. we loved the apartment starting from the modern decoration, cleanliness, and stress free process to enter . The apartment is spacious, close to the center and lots of options to have activities. The apartment has everything needed. I highly recommend it!

Very pleasant stay. Clean room and quiet area. One downside, the bathroom smelled strongly of smoke, even after we opened the door to air it (unclear where the smell came from). All in all a good stay.

Spontan immer machbar

Farah ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und offene Gastgeberin, bei der man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Das Schlafzimmer wie auch das Bad waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Was mich besonders gefreut hat, war ihre zuvorkommende Art, bei Fragen zur Gegend (Köln, Düsseldorf) konnte sie uns gut weiter helfen. Außerdem antwortete sie immer schnell auf Nachrichten, was mir positiv aufgefallen ist :)

Excellent accueil : Shayan et sa famille ont été gentiment à notre écoute pour faciliter notre arrivée. La proximité du Messe est très appréciable. nous recommandons ++

Zwei mal waren wir jetzt schon bei Monina und immer wieder sind wir sehr zufrieden. Eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin daher wenns möglich ist immer wieder :)

A nice house with plenty of space, in a pleasant area. The kitchen is very well equipped and I loved the fact that all of the cupboards and drawers had little labels on to show what was inside - a handy little touch. The dining area is very comfortable with a large, sturdy table. We stayed for a couple of nights during a period of very warm weather and really appreciated the fact that it was easy to open the very large windows and get a nice breeze blowing through. The only slight drawbacks were a slow-draining shower, a lack of comfy living room furniture (one nice chair - the other two items are IKEA pull-out beds with hard backs), the very heavy door on the dishwasher (the door tension is broken, so it opened without any resistance and nearly flattened the dog!) and a missing garden gate so the dogs had to be kept on their leashes when in the garden, but these are very minor things when compared to the positive points about the accommodation. I would happily stay there again.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Familie Kordy. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und unser persönliches Highlight war der wunderschöne sehr große Balkon. Toll ist auch das man 2 Badezimmer hat, die direkt neben den Schlafzimmern gelegen sind. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und alles war toll. Der Aufenthalt war auf uns zugeschnitten und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hätte nicht freundlicher sein können. Die Location ist der Hammer! Alle Gäste haben das auch immer wieder betont.

1Woche mit Familie (2E+2Teens) sehr gut verbracht. Leverkusen ursprünglich nur wegen Fussballspiel anvisiert. Aber sehr gut für Unternehmungen nach Köln, Bonn, Wuppertal,Aachen mit Öfis (Bus&Zug) mit Deutschlandticket super. Wohnung insbesondere Küchentechnisch gut ausgestattet, insbesondere Senseo-Kaffeeautomat hat mir gefallen (hab ich nämlich auch daheim). In jedem Zimmer Klimagerät, haben wir aber nicht gebraucht...wegen Dachgeschoss bei heißem Sommer bestimmt hilfreich. Falls Freunde/Bekannte in die Gegend fahren wollen, würde ich Ihnen die Wohnung klar empfehlen.

Felt right at home, the homedotation was really complete and the welcoming by Elisabeth was marvelous. Right place to be outside the city suranded by nature and quiet nights.

Ich bin begeistert von der Unterkunft und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Tim is a nice man and I had a pleasant stay! He helped me with a safe spot for my bike in the back yard. He recommended a place to visit which was nice to catch the vibe of the city. For bikers, if you want to go to the southern part of the city you need to go up and down but it's enjoyable overall.

Nice place, just outside the center. easy to get to and back by public transport and car. the accomodation itself is nice and feels spacious.
