Valerie's place was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, and all the appliances were of high quality. Valerie was incredibly helpful, providing all the information we needed whenever we asked. It truly felt like home, and my boys especially loved the hot tub. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated home in a safe private neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious with lots of storage space. The patio was private with a beautiful pool that was well heated for this time of year. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

Can’t say enough good things about the house and Steven. The house was beautiful, it was everything we could’ve wanted and to have the additional beach supplies readily available was amazing! Steven answered so quickly and was happy to help however he could. 10/10 for us!!

The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the screened in lanai and pool and hot tub. We were able to eat and play cards/games out under the over-hang in the lanai which was one of the highlights of the house. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Access to the beaches was still limited because they were still cleaning up from the previous hurricane.

Wonderful place, comfortable and cozy house. Jacuzzi, swimming pool is just wonderful. The house has everything you need for relaxation.

Great spot. Super nice and quiet neighborhood- seemed very residential. Easy 10-20 min drive had you at a few different beaches/ popular restaurants etc. host are very responsive.

This place was lovely, clean, and easy to access. The pool area is beautiful! Pretty hanging lights around the pool area that make it especially great at night. Very private backyard. The rooms were good sizes and clean/comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot tub not heating back up on our last day, but didn’t particularly need it that day so it wasn’t a big deal. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! From the beginning, Andrea was incredibly friendly and helpful—quick to respond to any questions and made the booking process super easy. The house itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Cape Coral was a bit further from beaches than desirable, but the house more than made up for that to enjoy our warm/sunny stay in Florida. Pros: Outside area (pool/hot tub, large table, games for kids) with a huge sliding door to the living room/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults + 4 kids. Felt very comfortable with the cost. Andrew & Michelle were responsive with every question we had. Cons: lack/lower quantity of some common items: paper towels, toilet paperb, Kleenex, air hockey didn’t work (we replaced), pizza cutter, beach towels, etc. Would highly recommend for a large family focused on quality pool time, a very nice home and responsive hosts.

Wir durften zwei Wochen in der Villa Egretta verbringen und sind absolut begeistert. Wir verbringen schon seit vielen Jahren unsere Familienurlaube in Florida und haben schon etliche schöne Ferienvillen in Cape Coral, Naples, Bradenton erleben können. Pete‘s Villa hat uns so überzeugt, dass wir sie in unserem Ranking auf Platz 1 setzen. 😊 Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass Pete ein toller Gastgeber ist, bei dem man sich einfach nur super aufgehoben fühlt. Ansonsten guckt euch doch die Bilder vom Haus an…es ist genau so und noch viel schöner, wenn man dann vor Ort ist.

Clean spacious home. Nice view of canal. Refreshing pool. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful home away from home.

This property is absolutely perfect for families! The house layout with a master suite wing, multiple living rooms and two additional bedrooms is ideal. The pool, hot tub and back patio area is a great hangout space! Even watched NCAA March Madness from the hot tub. The house is very well furnished with all kitchen needs, fun games and beach necessities. Five beach chairs, coolers, beach bags, beach toys and a wagon to make beach days very easy and fun. Our family felt at home and made lots a memories!

The house, pool and hot tub are perfect! We appreciated the lounge chairs and miscellaneous pool floats, too. The master bathroom is amazing, too! Plenty of bath towels and beach towels, the kitchen was is well-equipped, and we appreciated being able to park our car in the garage. This place is a great value!
