Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

I came down to visit my fiancé, and she was right on with replying back quick. The place was absolutely gorgeous and very quiet environment!

We loved our stay! There is a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. This is not a negative, just something to note as you pack so you'll be prepared! The street can be loud at times but the glassed in patio doors were perfect at keeping the noise at bay. We love Siesta Key and would 10/10 recommend this property. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to help us on our beach days. You'll love it here!

Beautiful vacation in Siesta Keys. We had everything we needed and more. Sandra was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful and friendly. The staff in the office were wonderful as well. The location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

This place and the community was fabulous! We have young kids and it was perfect. The condo was in great shape- nice and comfortable furniture, spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen with appropriate amount of kitchen fixtures. Our kids loved the pool, a little too much! The community was quiet and everyone was friendly. It is a little bit of a hike, about 15 minutes to get to the beach, but the place had a big beach cart to use so that helped to lug everything. We will keep this place in mind if we venture down to Siesta again!

This is a nice place with access to siesta beach across the road. The apartment was spacious, very clean and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen utensils were of great quality and had everything if one wanted to cook. Although the weather wasn’t great when we visited, we just enjoyed the apartment, walking to the beach and driving to different restaurants in town. The Lenny’s pizza close to the apartment is nice to hang out. Overall a fantastic stay!

Great location, Jim’s unit is clean & well-kept as is the resort grounds & public areas. Staff in the office and outdoor maintenance workers are very friendly and personable. Jim replied quickly to our emails and was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests for early deliveries. Definitely recommend renting his unit!

This condo was exactly as described, and it is amazing! It sits right on the harbor, you can sit out on the screened porch and watch the boats come and go while listening to the live music next-door at the restaurant. We spent some time in the pool, which was extremely well maintained, and everybody in the complex is so friendly. We loved being able to just walk next-door and grab a bite to eat, don’t miss out on the Trading Posts’s specials for lunch! We hope to rent this place again soon.

This is our second year of staying here. Our hosts were very helpful and even left us little treats to welcome us. We arrived on November 8th, 2024. Weeks prior to arrival, they kept us updated on the progress of Hurricane cleanup. Their home is the perfect location. You can enjoy the ocean just across the street or the pool and hot tub with a view of the channel. Their home is clean and includes so many items that would need on this vacation. They were always willing to answer our questions as well as suggestions to make our trip even better. We feel perfectly at home here and can't wait to return next year.

We cannot say enough about what beautiful accommodations, perfect location, and gorgeous private beach! We were visiting our grown children and it was truly the best place to be. Lori and Tim were outstanding with answering questions and the check in and any questions throughout the stay were answered promptly. The staff at the location were all also very friendly and helpful. We would love to return and highly recommend! Such a clean, comfortable and welcoming vacation spot! Thank you Lori and Tim!

This resort is absolutely fantastic for families! We noticed that everyone left their shoes at the stairs before entering the beach. That small detail made me feel like we made the perfect choice picking this resort. It shows how much trust guests have when sharing a private property with so many other people. The area as a whole seemed to have a very low crime rate. Like said everyone was very trusting and we loved that. The only downside is the walk and view from the condo. The view isn’t bad but it’s not the beach. However, the ceiling to floor windows are beautiful and definitely pull the place together

This place is nice and very comfortable. It felt like home. Restaurants and entertainment is within walking distance. Beds are comfortable. It was so nice to have a wagon to carry our stuff to the beach. Beach chairs and private laundry facilities are a nice bonus. I had a great vacation and will stay there again!

The house was better than the pictures - location was perfect for short random trips to the store. It was easy to baby proof the house with littles. It was so clean that it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Thank you guys!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, and Maria was incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to provide us with a second pack-and-play, which we really appreciated. She also allowed us to check in early since we had young children and an early flight—such a thoughtful gesture! This Airbnb is very kid-friendly, with plenty of toys and a much-appreciated pool gate for safety. The neighborhood is walkable, making it easy to explore. Overall, we highly recommend this place, especially for families! Thanks Maria!

Oksana’s place was as described. Very comfortable for my family of 5. Fresh linens and towels. Snacks on counter and water in fridge was a nice touch. We used the beach chairs and toys provided. Thank you!

I couldn’t be more impressed. The house is fantastic. My dog and I stayed 28 nights. Well stocked, clean, quiet, fenced backyard and a garage! The house is as pictured and it was very easy to settle in. Close to shopping (Publix, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, etc. Plenty of restaurants, 10 minutes to downtown Venice and Shamrock park. The location is ideal for a south Venice location. Roman was quick to answer any questions or concerns. My only issue has to do with walking my dog. The street out front has some minor traffic to deal with especially early morning. You just need a good walking leash and collar and you’re all set. That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this house again if in beautiful Venice. Thanks Roman.

This place is peaceful and beautiful place to stay in all the time pool is clean and including rooms bathroom and restroom game was a blast for the kids but you have to try it out.

This home is beautiful and was extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you need. We used the grill quite a bit and it was a really nice, clean grill. Washer and dryer looked new and so did the huge sectional couch in the living room. We really appreciated the colorful towels instead of the dingy white "hotel" towels you find in most Airbnb's. The beds were very comfortable and rooms had nice size closets. The master bedroom could use a dresser as there wasn't anywhere to set anything or put your clothes in drawers. Outside is a big lanai that you go right from the home into. The pool was great! It was so warm while we were there we only turned on the pool heater a couple of times. Backyard is very private with a tall privacy fence enclosing the entire yard. My Labrador Retriever loved it! The Peloton bike in the garage was a bonus for my friend who used it almost everyday! Neighborhood very nice and quiet. Close to groceries, Walmart, shopping and tons of restaurants. Great place!

I can’t begin to express how happy I was! The house was spotless!!! I’ve stayed in places that were incredibly disappointing. They are wonderful hosts. I highly recommend staying there!
