Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

Host gentilissima, si vede proprio che tieni ai suoi ospiti e al suo lavoro. Ci ha anche consigliato una bellissima passeggiata poco distante dal B&B. Ci torneremo!

The place was very nice, spotless, and had a fully equipped kitchen. It was well-heated, making the stay comfortable. However, if you're visiting for the view, keep in mind that on foggy days visibility can be very limited. Also, driving at night requires extra caution as the road is not well-lit. The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, with each room getting a private one-hour slot per day, a great feature, although we wish the pool had better heating. The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away, and the location isn't easily accessible by public transportation. It's a good option if you're seeking privacy and tranquility. Parking is available but is quite narrow and better suited for small cars. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth with clear instructions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return on a clear day.

Das Appartement ist einfach fantastisch, vor allem der Blick auf den See. Die Küche sowie das Badezimmer ist voll ausgestattet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna ist super einfach zu nutzen – es gab klare Anweisungen auf Zetteln vor Ort, sodass man sich nicht erst durchfragen oder jemanden kontaktieren musste. Alles war selbsterklärend und unkompliziert, total angenehm, vor allem wenn man einfach seine Ruhe haben will. Genauso war es beim Check-in. Dieser erfolgte ebenfalls auf Anweisungen und man konnte sich quasi selbst einchecken. Die Organisation ist demnach super! Dankeschön für diesen schönen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Von uns gibt es 5/5 Sterne!!!

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce bel appartement avec une belle vue sur la campagne lombarde. Belle terrasse. Grand jacuzzi privé. Place de parking. Bergame à 30mn,lac come 1h20. Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Wunderschöne Gegend, traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See. Das Apartment ist perfekt für 2 Personen, ein Auto ist allerdings ratsam wegen der Lage. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, auch der SPA Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war auch sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder!

If I could give the home (and Silvia) more than five stars I would. As beautiful as the view is in the pictures it doesn’t compare to being there in person. It is spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Le logement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il possède une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et une partie du lac. Nous avons apprécié les grands espaces extérieurs de la propriété et surtout la piscine qui était un vrai plus pour se rafraichir au vu des températures ! Federica et sa famille sont très sympathiques et réactifs. En bref, nous avons passé un super séjour et nous n'hésiterions pas à revenir si nous étions de retour dans la région.

Serri è una donna molto gentile! Casa sua si trova in una zona molto verde e tranquilla... L'alloggio è ampio e confortevole. È stata una bella esperienza! Grazie!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

Absolutely stunning location, Andrea was a great host and very responsive. It’s a little walk from the parking space to the house so pack light! Or embrace the workout of transporting luggage as the location makes it worthwhile. The house was lovely, the bathroom is superb and the bed is comfortable. Watching the sunrise from the balcony with the view of the lake was a great way to start the day.

Marica es una anfitriona estupenda y ha sido muy hospitalaria. Nos ha ayudado en todo y el alojamiento ha sido excepcional.

Abbiamo prenotato in 5 per passare un capodanno tranquillo, e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti. Il posto è bellissimo, con paesaggio da cartolina e l’appartamento e gli host non sono assolutamente da meno. Al nostro arrivo siamo subito stati accolti da Roberta e Paolo, persone squisite che ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno ed anche di più, dimostrandosi sempre disponibili ed attenti alla qualità del nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento è assolutamente come da fotografia, corredato di tutto il necessario, pulito e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Personalmente consigliatissimo, se siete in zona vale assolutamente la pena di fermarsi qui, anche solo per conoscere gli host straordinari che si meritano 10 stelle. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Carlo et Irène sont très sympathiques. Toujours disponibles, ils mettent à disposition les bonnes adresses du coin ! La cadre était très paisible, avec une terrasse privée pour profiter du soleil, sans vis a vis avec une vue sur les collines et une autre sur le jardin botanique. Tous les services sont accessibles a pied et toutes les activités a moins d'une heure de route (avec de très beaux paysages). Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Really lovely home in a beautiful surrounding! This place looked even better than the photos, the pool was the most amazing pool I've ever seen, with astounding views! We did not have a rental car but still managed the walk into town etc. with our two kids aged 6 and 8. We also caught the tourist train down the road, which made the trip easier sometimes. The flat is great, clean with good wifi and netflix (popular for the kids)! Very luxurious property with privacy and peace. I recommend to everyone!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt am Iseo-See im April! Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. Besonders der Balkon mit seiner traumhaften Aussicht hat es uns angetan – ein absoluter Lieblingsplatz! Wir haben uns sofort wohl und fast ein bisschen wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass auch das Kochen Spaß gemacht hat. Sehr praktisch war auch der Carport direkt am Haus. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und haben klare, hilfreiche Anweisungen gegeben. Die Lage ist hervorragend – in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort, und mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell viele schöne Dörfer rund um den See. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Man möchte eigentlich gar keine Bewertung schreiben, so schön wie diese kleine Perle am Gardasee ist 😍 Wir möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei Anna und ihrer Familie für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken. Eine Familie, ein Grundstück und ein Hund wie aus dem Bilderbuch 😉 Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, sehr großzügig und einfach total ruhig mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Eine Oase der Entspannung und Ruhe. Der Hund Diago ist super lieb und unsere Kinder waren beide total begeistert von ihm. Er hat zu keiner Zeit gestört oder gebellt und war total lieb. Die Wohnung ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind ebenfalls ein Traum. Fazit: alles in allem eine wahre Perle am Rande des Gardasee und Anna ist einfach die perfekte Gastgeberin. Es gibt keinen einzigen Punkt an Kritik, es war alles absolut perfekt, gerade auch mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Liebe Anna, vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit bei dir ☺️

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno 2025. Tre famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Lara ci ha accolto cordialmente al check-in e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire al meglio la casa, compresi stufa, jacuzzi e tinozza finlandese. Ambienti puliti e completi di tutto. Cucina e bagni super accessoriati. Camere impeccabili e confortevoli. Vari giochi per bambini e libri per momenti di relax; disponibilità di Sky, Netflix e Disney+. Legna e barbecue a disposizione. Vista impagabile sul lago di Como da un versante e sulla montagna dall’altro lato. Posizione ottima: abbastanza isolati per stare tranquilli e non dare fastidio a nessuno ma comunque a 5 minuti dal centro del paese; a meno di 10 minuti abbiamo trovato un centro commerciale molto fornito. Esperienza davvero ottima e consigliata, da riprovare d’estate con la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina esterna. OTTIMO

Views were amazing, the Airbnb has everything you need. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Check in and Checkout went smoothly. I‘m happy to come again :)

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable 14 night stay at Elena’s beautiful apartment which is on the second (top) floor of the building. The apartment was beautifully presented, furnished to a high standard and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and the rainfall shower was a real treat. Kitchen had all the appliances required for a comfortable stay. The property has 2 balconies, curtain shutters and aircon. There isn’t a lift. The apartment is in a quiet location but well located being 10/15 min walk from the lakeside and restaurants etc of Desenzano. 20 min walk from railway station and 10 min walk from the local Aldi. There is an unheated swimming pool in the complex (with garden loungers available) which we used once. Plenty to see and do in the area and an apartment we would be very happy to return to and would recommend. Many thanks

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.
