My family member stayed here while visiting me. He reported the room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Every place I have stayed has been awesome, but this place was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. Upstairs bedroom loft with bathroom, downstairs bedroom with bathroom, so convenient. Had everything you would ever need in the kitchen. The neighbors across the street were amazing and helped us out with something that we needed and forgot to pick up on the way. Just a great experience. Oh and all the lights, fans and heat and air had remotes, kept us busy. Khrystyna has a baking company and left cookies for us, which was not good for my losing weight but it helped everything else!

We loved the house! It had plenty of room to spread out. The linen was clean and towels smelled so fresh! Had all the amenities you would need. Felt very at home walking in the front door! The back porch area with hot tub is an amazing space. Will be booking again in the future!

Location is perfect for walking to KU campus. It was very clean. Perfect for our fur babies. Spacious home with updated amenities throughout. It was everything we wanted for our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday.

This was my second time here and I will return as it is on my route to visit family when traveling across the country. I appreciate the quietness and respectful manner of the professional guests that stay at Suzy's. She has a knack for hospitality and thoughtfullness the way we all loved from the original B&B homes. Lastly, the cleanliness is 5 star qaulity.

Had a lovely stay here over the weekend for Unbound; the dogs are very friendly and Brenda was a great host, even taking my spare wheels to the LBS to get posted back after I forgot then in the garage!

Beautiful home in a perfect, quiet setting and within minutes of the ballpark in Lawrence. Very friendly hosts. Felt right at home. Cleanliness was top notch. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again for sure. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Super cozy home! Upon entering it felt like we were right at home. Instructions were very detailed along with recommendations of places to go. Beds were super comfortable (it was like sleeping on clouds). Thank you for being such incredible hosts!

Once again a great weekend in Emporia! We love Brandons place, perfect for our family of 5. Clean, extra amenities, super comfy beds, quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay and we will always request to stay here!

I have stayed in Kim's apartments several times. I have always enjoyed. Only suggestion, put a brighter lightbulb l above the door that goes into the apartment. We checked in after dark, and it was extremely hard to read the numbers on the keypad. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

nice spot. small and comfy. open access to laundry and kitchen area as well as kitchenette in our room. super comfy, super quiet, beautiful artwork and remodel. Highly recommend!

One of the best hosts I’ve ever had, Amy went above and beyond in countless ways to be sure I was comfortable in The Roost listing. She deserves more than five stars. It is a privilege to stay in this grand old house that has been well loved. The water pressure of the shower is excellent and the hot water arrived instantly, the bed is very comfortable and soft, the bathroom rugs are like walking on clouds. The Wi-Fi was simple and fast to connect with. The other residents in the house, very friendly and comfortable to be around. From the third floor, I could not even hear the piano being played, until I opened my door and it slightly wafted up the stairway. So high up in the trees, the traffic was hardly noticeable by comparison to some intersections in Lawrence, at least after the traffic thinned out in the evening. The windows give good ventilation and daylight. The gardens are lovely with blooming flowers and well manicured shrubs. I am staying here again.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A beautiful house and loved the way the sunflower room was set up. The bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again. My host Sharon was very nice and served a delicious breakfast. The house was spotless and well maintained.

After a long day of wedding bliss it was a great place to totally relax in a quiet and safe place to call home for the night. I strongly recommend this place and would gladly stay again sometime. Thank you

Fantastic and comfortable stay at Cat's place! The house is absolutely charming. I really appreciated all the nice touches to make me comfortable (coffee station upstairs, bathrobe and spare toiletries, extra cozy blankets). Cat is exceptionally friendly and kind. She made a fantastic breakfast of homemade oatmeal that was perfect for venturing out into the cold day! Thanks for a great stay!

Cat's place was nice and quiet. the bed was comfortable and both the room and bathroom were clean and cozy. Cat was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again in the future!

Very much enjoyed the novelty, comfort, and serenity of this farm home. Very quiet, peaceful, homey and comfy with lots of amenities, including fresh homemade bread and (if the hens are not on strike) fresh farm eggs. Hosts are A+ in responsiveness and proactive with communication (an 8” snowfall came just 3 days before our arrival, and we received timely and helpful status reports about road conditions). Were in town for a February wedding this time but would love to return in the summer or fall!

Tim was a great host! Best breakfast in Manhattan! Location was perfect and he had so much knowledge about the local area and provide sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Will definitely stay with Tim again.

Had a good stay. Was as advertised & well worth the price. Would recommend.
