We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

What a great place to spend a weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful, so clean and spacious. The pool is very big and so warm, which is great for all year round. The house is very private and we felt right at home. The guard Elyas was so helpful and kind, although the house is very private having someone to call when you need something was really great and he really went above and beyond! Big thank you Elyas 🙏🏻 Highly recommend this house it was really beautiful!

I have no words to describe the place and the hospitality of Abdul and his family. Abdul is such a great host, very accommodating, goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 will recommend and will book again if given a chance.

The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

The place was awesome, it was perfect for home away from home vibe, location was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. The host was proactive and responsive to sort out with any issues. Its a must try option while planing a vacation as it is very near to famous locations as Dubai Mall Burj Khalifa is on walking distance.. Must Try and enjoy living...

+ Great location and spectacular view from the 47th floor over to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and fountain (which is being renovated until Oct/2025) + 24/7 grocery shop right next to the building entrance + The appartment is in walking distance from the Dubai Mall with a wide selection of restaurants and multiple food courts + Large appartment for bigger families with 6 or more people + Comfortable couch in the living room (differs from the pictures as well as the seating chairs), large TV with PlayStation + Large swimming pool but quite busy after 11 am. + 24/7 gym next to the pool - Weak internet WiFi in the appartment, no Wifi signal on the balcony, TV with low YouTube resolution due to low internet bandwith - Beds and matrasses are somewhat too firm/hard - Missing some kitchen amenities like a desent cooking/frying pan (for eggs), dishwasher tabs, additional cups and glasses for larger families (generally, not enough dishes compared to the size of the appartment)

We stayed midway through a 2 week vacation as something different to do in Dubai. The apartment is perfectly located for the Mall, Burj Khalifa, Supermarket and restaurants and was easily the best value for money I could find. Taxis are always on hand outside too. The apartment is very well fitted out. The kitchen is superb and the views are stunning. Communications with the host are super easy and access to the property was seamless. We’d certainly look to stay again.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Only stayed in room for about 6 hours but it was very comfortable.

Great place to stay with our 2 children, we stayed for a month in April, kids pool, park & cinema room kept the kids busy when we wasn’t out an about in Dubai, pool is quiet an nice to chill in the day an even late on in the evening lots of people out playing padel an on the park and sat around the seating area, the apartment is very modem and the host was always quick to reply, would definitely stay again, maybe October 😀

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The highlight was definitely the balcony, which offers breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain—truly a sight to remember. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Dubai mall. However, the check-in process could be better organized to prevent any inconvenience for guests. Once that’s sorted, this place will be absolutely perfect. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Stayed here for a week, and felt right at home! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very walkable area, including right to the beach! The staff on duty were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

We travelled from Australia on a family holiday and are so glad we choose this amazing property. The location was great, the views amazing and most importantly, the photographs matched thr property. Highly recommend!!

If you want to relax in Ras Al Khaimah, then this is the place for you ! The host thought about all the details to make our stay comfortable, the house is well equipped even the water for the shower has a filter ! The house has a direct uninterrupted view on the sea and an easy access to the beach + a swimming pool is available in the residence Some restaurants with a nice view on the yachts are nearby. The price is very good , and that will definitely be my place to go every time I go to RAK
