L’appartamento è fantastico, perfetto per una coppia, fornito per tutte le esigenze. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere tutto a piedi, in quanto si trova nel cuore del centro di Firenze. Virginia è stata presente fin da subito, dandoci istruzioni e restando disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente prenderemo in considerazione questo alloggio per un prossimo viaggio sempre a Firenze! 🥰

les recommandations de notre hôte nous ont permis de sortir des sentiers battus du centre pour de belles découvertes culinaires. pour les voyageurs motorisés, il est très facile de se garer à proximité. la gare est à peine à 10 minutes, très pratique pour la visites des cinq terres.

il mio soggiorno da Lorena è stato davvero perfetto. Lorena è stata davvero super gentile e disponibile, mi ha accolto il primo giorno e mi ha dato un sacco di consigli e mi ha aiutato anche dopo se avevo bisogno di qualche indicazione. Mi ha fatto entrare prima dell'orario di check in indicato dato che sapeva che arrivavo prima ed è stata gentilissima. La casa era perfetta come da descrizione, vicinissima neanche cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione, dunque perfetta se vi dovete spostare ad esempio per le cinque terre e vicina alla fermata per portovenere. È in una via pedonale piena di ristoranti e negozi e vicino al porto . La casa era perfetta, pulita e tutto come da descrizione e ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ha anche il condizionatore sia per l'aria calda che fredda. è stato davvero tutto perfetto e sono molto soddisfatta e Lorena è davvero un host impeccabile, persone così ce ne sono poche

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Soggiorno super! La casa è bella, comoda e ha tutto quello che serve per stare bene — si vede che è curata con amore. Appena entrati ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. L'host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Tutto piacevole, sicuramente un posto dove tornare volentieri!

Liliana è stata super disponibile ed accogliente. È stata pronta a rispondere ad ogni domanda e a venirci in contro con gli orari del check in. Super consigliato anche per la posizione molto comoda alla fiera e al centro.

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

Nos ha encantado estar en el alojamiento de Giuseppe. Desde el primer momento ha mantenido contacto con nosotros, incluso antes de llegar. El apartamento es incluso mejor que en las fotos: grande, bonito, espacioso y bien comunicado. ¡Nos hemos sentido como en casa! Giuseppe además nos ha puesto todo muy fácil: instrucciones de acceso a la casa con vídeos incluidos, recomendaciones locales… Además nos ofreció un detalle de bienvenida. Nos ha estado escribiendo durante nuestra estancia para ver que estaba todo correcto. ¡Si volvemos a Florencia nos encantaría volvernos a quedar en este alojamiento! Y se lo hemos recomendado a amigos y familiares. ¡Gracias por todo!

Andrea went above and beyond, meeting us downstairs to assist with our luggage, showing us around the apartment, and providing a helpful guidebook. The apartment was exceptionally clean and featured a full shower, a rare amenity. I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea's apartment to anyone visiting Florence.

We had a lovely stay in this spotless elegant apartment in the centre of the old part of Lucca. Good wifi, kitchen well equipped. Communication with Salvatore was excellent. We had a problem identifying the location of the keysafe from Salvatore’s directions and his photograph (the keysafe is locked to a pipe about 1.5m to the left of the front door) but after a few texts back and forth it was resolved! This is a delightful apartment and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in old Lucca.

Kompakte, für zwei Personen völlig ausreichende Wohnung in einem architektonisch ansprechenden Neubaublock. Bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto leicht zu finden, durch die Lage am Nordrand der Innenstadt ist man für Tagesausflüge schnell auf der Autobahn. Die Tiefgarage war aus meiner Sicht ein dicker Pluspunkt. Fußläufig zur Altstadt und nah am Bahnhof, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nachbarschaft. Michela war sehr flexibel beim Ein- und Aus-Checken, ganz schnell bei allen Fragen, präsent und freundlich. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Everything was perfect! Friendly and very helpful host. Flexible with Check-in. Easy and fast Communication. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Good located, close to railway-Station and to the City Center. We would definitivly recommend the place!

Die Kommunikation mit Anto war immer hervorragend. Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe war uns wichtig, da wir viele Ausflüge zu anderen Städten der Region unternehmen wollten. Um die Ecke fuhren viele Busse direkt ins alte Stadtzentrum, das aber auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gab es zwei gute Restaurants, bei denen wir Stammgäste wurden. Supermarkt auch fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entsprach unseren Wünschen. Vor allem die Zimmeraufteilung war genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Gerne wieder!

Francesco was a wonderful host and very friendly . His apartment was comfortable and we found ourselves feeling at home . I recommend it if you want to be a bit outside the center but still close.

Appartement très propre, mais je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y avait que deux petites fenêtres ce qui rend l'appartement sombre il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres ce qui est dommage, la vue est magnifique très calme et reposant. Le logement est bien chauffée même un peu trop nous avons eu chaud, j'ai pas réussi à baisser la température mais j'ai pas demandé non plus. Sinon le jacuzzi et le bain turc étaient bien agréable. Je recommande quand même l'appartement pour se reposer au calme d'un petit village charmant avec tout le nécessaire à proximité. Andrea est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Niente auto, inquinamento e pericoli per i bambini: un vero sogno! Il tempo passa molto lentamente, riportando il ritmo della vita a una dimensione umana. A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Einmalige Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool - perfekt zum Entspannen und Erholen, da es sehr ruhig ist. Exzellente Unterkunft: äußerst sauber und gut zu Erreichen. Mit dem Auto oder Zug können Pisa und Lucca in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
