The appt has amazing sea views and views of the city. It’s the closest appt to the pool so easy access. The appt itself is very spacious and of high standard. Only a 10 min walk into the heart of barranco and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. I would definitely recommend Carlos place to anyone visiting Lima. Perfect stay! Thanks again!

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días en la playa, el departamento tiene todo lo que necesitaba, el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones fue un tremendo plus. Nos recibieron con un vino y un letrero de bienvenida. Me gustó el detalle! Las habitaciones impecables, la cocina bien equipada. Está a 15 minutos caminando a playa negra, que me gustó mucho también. Si regreso a punta hermosa, definitivamente tomaré la casa como opción ☺️🫶🏽.

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

El departamento estuvo muy lindo, bien ubicado en zona tranquila. El estacionamiento muy cómodo también. Rosita responde inmediatamente y es muy servicial. Lo recomiendo

Encantadora la Sra.Maria, la casita bella, acogedora con todas las comodidades y facilidades. A unas cuadras del bulevar de San Bartolo.

La verdad que la casa es perfecta para pasar unos días de relajo con familia o amistades , la piscina es el alma de la casa , limpia , amplia , todo perfecto , recomendable , tienes minimarket cerca , restaurantes marinos si desean y pan con chicharrón para comer en el desayuno muy cerca y rico .

This is place is beautiful and very safe. It is in a private community well guarded. The space is like the pictures. But because it is located by the each there is some damage to the house. We only stayed one night but it was PERFECT. Nice and relaxing. Pool is super clean. Communication with owner was great. Location wise , it is further away from the city than I thought. However there are taxi for a small price to get to the city. I would for sure stay here again.

El departamento de Renee y Marion es espectacular, tiene vista a la playa y la zona es muy tranquila y segura. El duplex es amplio y cómodo, muy bien mantenido y prácticamente nuevo. La cocina y habitaciones súper bien equipadas. Es demasiado increíble que cada habitación cuente con su baño y adicional tenga un baño de visitas, creo que eso Permite a los huéspedes tener privacidad en cada espacio. Creo que el departamento incluso puede ser un éxito cuando el clima esté más templado porque el entorno es demasiado relajante. Volveremos segurísimo!

lugar tranquilo, muy limpio, a 1 cuadra de la playa, Karin es muy amable y siempre está presta a cualquier cosa que se pudiese requerir, el tener un minimarket al costado es muy beneficioso, definitivamente volveremos.

We had a wonderful stay at Isabel’s place! She was incredibly responsive and always happy to help with any questions we had. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and really added to our experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and the apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Muy buen lugar para quedarse ya que esta cerca de varias lugares turísticos y sitios para comer. El departamento cuenta con todo los descrito y es muy accesible. Gerardo se comunico conmigo en todo momento que lo necesitaba. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es como esta ubicado en una avenida principal, puede haber ruido de los carros, pero te acostumbras.

This apartment was a fantastic home base for our family in Miraflores. The space was beautiful and the views from the porch were fabulous. The only note is that if you aren’t used to city living and want to keep the windows open, the sounds from the street below can be a bit distracting at night, but for us it was a worthwhile tradeoff for a great location. Luis Eduardo was an amazing host - very responsive and helpful and the bottle of sparkling wine on our arrival was the perfect way to celebrate!

Jorge is always easy to reach. The location is beautiful and just minutes from the beach, delicious restaurants and stores.

We loved our stay at Renzo’s. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location in Miraflores near some good restaurants. It also wasn’t too far of a walk from the beach. Would stay again!
