Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.

The property is in close proximity to Warner Brothers Studios ( Harry Potter tour). It is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 guests and a baby. We provide some basic breakfast ingredients ( cereal, coffee, tea)

My flat has now been totally refurbished in 2022. This is my personal flat and I live with my partner when Air Bnb guests wish to stay. The flat will be sanitised before a guest arrives. Longer term lets and will reduced the price by 20% for stays of 30 days plus. Minimum stay is 5 days under most circumstances but contact me if you want shorter.
