The Snug

The Snug is a modern self contained compact studio,recently renovated ,situated in a good location in the village of Ullapool,close to all local amenities. One of a few ,local guest accommodations that accepts one night stays. The Snug has a double bed (Simba ) ,shower, toilet, TV, ( free view) free WiFi, tea & Nespresso coffee machine, also towels/linen supplied.A small fridge on site. Best suited for couples or singles. Free on street parking & not in Cul de Sac or right outside my neighbours!

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Croft House Bothy in Heart of Highlands

Featured in The Guardian Travel's '10 of the Best Wilderness Holidays in Scotland', get back-to-basics in this beautiful old croft house bothy, hidden on a mountainside between the Five Sisters of Kintail and Eilean Donan Castle, close to the Isle of Skye. With no running water or cooking facilities, this stay is not for the faint hearted. Bathe in a cold mountain stream, see the stars in the dark night sky, feel the heat from a crackling fire, and fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall.

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.
