Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Use this spot as a home base for all your adventures. Just 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport. You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Beautiful views everywhere you look. **Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on our property

Keep it simple & cozy at this peaceful & centrally-located suite. The Hummingbird Suite includes kitchenette, bathroom with shower, sitting area and queen-sized bed. 10 min drives to downtown, UofO, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium & 70 min to the coast. On-site parking provided. Self check-in with digital, keyless entry with unique code for each reservation. It's a separate space attached to the main house where my family lives. This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

This spot is within 5 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, and Netflix. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.
