Stadiums and Space Needle are a short 5 minute or a pleasant walk! Ferry Access and public transportation both close by. Great restaurants and shops just steps away. I can park 1 car free! Dog park on site! It’s truly an amazing location to see Seattle with convenience and joy!

(30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Conveniently located near the Proctor District and 6th Ave, you’ll have your own parking space, a private covered courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxury bathroom, electric Fireplace and in-unit laundry. Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.
