Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. With two upper lofts to accommodate three guests, you’ll feel right at home here! A stocked kitchen, coffee corner, comfy beds - it’s the perfect spot 👌 *No smoking or vaping on property. No bonfires at all.* This is a TINY home, so it is a small space. Please be aware of that before booking :)
