I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

First time staying in a Airbnb. Cosy place in midtown Sacramento. Kitchen and bathroom very clean and tvs in all rooms. Heated pool in backyard. Steve was amazing. Stayed a week. Will definitely be coming back.

Me and my fiancé had an amazing time, the space was clean and spacious with a calming atmosphere. We loved how close this location was to the local farmers market, restaurants, grocery stores, and exciting night life. I would absolutely recommend and hope to visit again!

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

I had a truly joyful and peaceful 3-month stay at this lovely home in Roseville. The space is cozy, and incredibly well located — close to everything, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood. One of my favorite parts was the back deck overlooking the yard — a serene spot where I enjoyed many relaxing mornings and evenings. Mark, Janie were great hosts: friendly, laid-back, and always warm and supportive. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and comfortable, and I’m very grateful for their thoughtfulness throughout.

The place was small, but has everything you need. the shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

I felt very safe and loved how peaceful it was! The only reason I rated it a 4/5 on cleanliness was that there were a few spiders on the ceiling when I arrived. Other than that, everything was great! It’s a perfect location right next to UC Davis (about a 15 minute walk to the dorms and a 10 minute walk to downtown davis)

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

It’s just a short walk from downtown’s best restaurants, bars, and attractions like the California State Capitol and the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and offers a lot to explore.Communication with the host was seamless—quick responses and great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and the place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sacramento!

We stayed in this apartment for approximately 41 days with my family, and it was a wonderful experience! The place was extremely clean and well-organized, with all the amenities listed available and in perfect condition. The hosts were amazing—always helpful and quick to respond to our messages. They also provided initial supplies, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made a big difference, especially after a long trip. The location is excellent, just one street away from UC Davis and very close to downtown, which made our routine much easier. Without a doubt, we would stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

I am giving this Airbnb 5 stars, as it was brand new, incredibly clean, stark white walls and sheets, and perfectly minimalistic! The beds were very comfortable, and the hosts provided just the right amount of necessities (to include coffee and laundry detergent). I loved having tv's in all the rooms. But I do feel it's also best to point out some downfalls we experienced so that future guests are fully aware. The first being a slight lack of communication from the hosts - I messaged twice about parking and never received a response, so I was never entirely sure if I had parked in the right place. The listing also did not state that there is an "A" and "B" unit, so we were unsure of which one was ours. Then the biggest thing .. the noise from the very thin walls. This unit is on the bottom floor, and we had issues with the guests above until well past 3am the first night. I am grateful to the hosts, as they did reach out to the guests above, and our second night was peaceful.

Mike is really what makes this place so special. He is the most accommodating host I have ever worked with and I have been using AirBnB for almost 10 years now. If you need anything, he really wants to make sure you have your needs met. The carpet is really soft. The patio area with fake grass is great for the dogs to run around in while still being able to keep an eye on them. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. There was only 1 knife and no cutting board, but I'm sure had I asked for more he would have grabbed me some from the main house or went and bought some. The washer and dryer he has are AMAZING! I have never used such an efficient and good-sized w/d. His place really has everything you'd need for an extended stay. I will say, it's maybe not the best decorated or super spotlessly, sparkly clean and updated. However, everything worked out for us during our stay and I would absolutely stay here again. Mike is such a great host!

This home exceeded my expectations! Easy access from all local freeways, 15 drive from the airport and the extra facilities (pool, spa, bbq areas and gym) were all excellent. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you need! Host was super quick to respond with questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Had a great stay at Eric’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Eric was incredibly responsive and made everything super easy. He was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, which made my trip so much smoother. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
