Welcome to our Garden House. We once converted our garage to outfit a coffee roaster and have since curated the space into a cozy apartment nestled between garden beds. What a fulfilling DIY project! Located right on Rt. 66, this apartment is housed on the ground floor of one of the historic buildings in Sayre. Parking is curbside with no steps from curb to entry. We are 2 blocks from the famous Beckham County Courthouse seen in the movie "The Grapes of Wrath". Right across the street is “First Response Coffee House”. It is locally owned and specializes in coffee and fantastic BBQ!! Strolling through town is a stroll through history!
