This is our home set up as a duplex type house. Located close to Nolin lake, less than 15 min. from Mammoth cave park, 25 to 45 min drive to cave tour, 5 min to golf coarse, 10 min from blue holler off road park, 5 min to double J, there are mountain bike trails close, we have trailer parking, 2 fire pits, we have kayaks, and mountain bikes we can rent. Great country getaway to enjoy the outdoors in so many ways, or just stay in and play board games or choose from the thousands of DVDs.

1400 square foot house with 2 large bedrooms, 1.5 baths, roomy kitchen/family room with fireplace, xfinity WiFi, 50" smart TV, living room with futon couch, large screened front porch and 1 car garage. All rooms have ceiling fans with lights. The back yard has a privacy and chain link fence. Lovely view of a meadow out front. A short walk down the dead end lane brings you to a fishing lake and public Greenspace walking trail. You will feel you are in your own outdoor paradise.
