⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My family and I had an incredible experience staying at this lovely Airbnb!From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail from the host. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved the cozy living area where we could unwind .The location was perfect—right on the beach and local restaurants ! We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the private patio/balcony, where we spent our mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the sea.The host went above and beyond, providing local tips and recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. We felt right at home .we can't recommend this place highly enough! I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you MS. Maria !!!

l'appartamento è molto confortevole il signor Paris e stato gentilissimo. Ci ha supportato per tutto ciò che serviva a rendere piacevole la nostra permanenza sull'isola. Gentile ,mai invadente. veramente una persona fantastica. Spero un giorno di ritornare sia sull'isola che nel suo appartamento. We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

Great location downtown Koroni, 1min walk to the port/restaurants or the Artaki beach. Also quite unique to have a 2/3 cars private parking as this is an issue in Koroni. The house is typical from last century with very high ceilings. Vintage furniture but beddings are comfortable. The kitchen has the essentials for short stays. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. The others have fans and if windows / shutters are well managed, it’s OK during August. 2 modernized bathrooms with showers. Athina is a great host, very friendly and very responsive with house topics or local tourism tips.

Wunderschöne, großzügige, ruhige Unterkunft mit einer großartigen Lage unmittelbar am Meer und einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer und die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Vor der Tür ein langer, feiner Strand zum Laufen, Joggen, Verweilen. Kurze Laufwege zum Bäcker, Café, Supermarkt, Restaurants. Ausgezeichneter Ort zur Erkundung der Umgebung und kultureller Highlights - Koroni, Methoni, Pylos, Kalamata, Messene, Stemnitsa Monastery, Wasserfälle,… Wundervolle, freundliche und hilfreiche Gastgeberin!

Ειρήνη very kind and responsive hostess. The apartments are very clean. All the necessary utensils were there. The house has a very comfortable veranda where you can have breakfast. The distance to the beach is only 50 meters. We will definitely come again.

Een mooie plek bij heel lieve en gastvrije mensen die ons ook met eten verrasten. We hadden de keuze om een van de appartementen op de bovenverdieping te nemen. Met 2 terrassen en uitzicht op de zee. Alles was schoon en netjes tot in details. We hadden ons kleine hondje bij ons. Georgia’s man tipte ons om zijn thuiswonend Elafonisi te bezoeken, wat ook heel bijzonder en mooi was. Vooral het wijde strand Simo daar met enorme surfgolven. Bij restaurant Ama Laxi, op de weg boven Neapoli, hebben we heerlijk kunnen eten. Het was nog maart, maar al open.

Claude and Marianne's place is perfect. It is comfortable, it is well furnished, and it has one of the most beautiful views in the world from the balcony: the harbor of Pylos, whose water glistens in the sun. Claude and Marianne are friendly and helpful.

Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

Beautiful accommodation facing the sea and in a very peaceful area. Selana the host was very kind and reactive to my messages. She made sure that I had the smoothest check-in possible. I also very much appreciated that she left me some supplies for breakfast in the fridge. I found all the necessary amenities available. I also had a restful night in a comfy bed. I definitely recommend!

Je suis partie avec mon fiancé pour fêter nos 10 ans. Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cet appartement. Le lieu, la vue, l’appartement, tout était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons pu partager quelques moments avec nos hôtes, ce fut un plaisir de faire leur connaissance. Ils mettent très vite à l’aise et on se sent bien chez eux. L’accès à la plage quasi privée en 2 minutes est un gros plus, nous avons été ravis d’avoir cette surprise à notre arrivée. Elle est magnifique et nous y étions pratiquement seuls Nous sommes venus en basse saison (novembre) et n’avons rencontré aucun problème pour manger, faire des courses ou un peu de shopping sur place, tout est ouvert et le personnel des alentours très accueillant. Pour moi qui ai beaucoup de soucis de sommeil, le seul problème de ce séjour a été le matelas, très rebondissant. Mais quand on est dans un cadre comme ça, ça devient un détail. Si l’occasion d’y retourner se présente, ce sera sans hésitation

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

This is a very special place -so special I almost don’t want to share! The attention to detail, love, and appreciation of nature the hosts have poured into their home shines through. From beautiful antique furniture, exquisite bed, silence, little spots to sit in peace and kindness of the hosts to the nearby beach and lovely nearby town, this place has it all. If you’re looking for a retreat, place for creative inspiration,or rekindling a romance- this is it. A car is required- beach umbrellas and towels available.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht, die Betten waren bequem, es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, man konnte gut selber kochen. Die zerkratzten Bratpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Der Gastgeber legt grossen Wert auf das Einsparen von Ressourcen (Wasser und Elektrizität). Das verstehen wir, ist aber im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus nicht immer ganz einfach. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in den Pool springen sollen, wegen dem Wasserverschleiss und der Pumpen. Das Grillen in der Aussenküche wurde auch nicht gern gesehen, die Infrastruktur war nicht vorhanden (Streichhölzer, Holz, Kohle, Grillputzbürste). Streichhölzer haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten, Kohle haben wir gekauft. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung. Für uns zu viele Hausregeln, Pool erst ab 08.30 Uhr zu nutzen, Siesta von 15 bi 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit wird aber im Vermieterhaus Saxophon geübt.

Called Sunset Mani for a reason. Beautiful sunset from terrace / pool. Photos on site do not really do it justice. Had to actually drag ourselves out some days as so nice and easy to stay by the pool, looking out to see and across the bay. Great restaurants in Agios Nikolaos (Elli’s at far end particularly) around 5-10 mins drive, plus supermarket there. Also, taverna marked as Voulimeneas cafe on Google is good (another great sunset view) - sure the sign on road said “Roses”. Stoupa - great beach and good restaurants. Thoughts Agios better at night though…. Visited Sparta and then the shipwreck on eastern coast of Mani. A nice drive…..

The house is beautiful and perfect for whoever seeks privacy and peace of mind. It’s located amidst olive trees and the sea. Mirella is a great host. Hope I will get the chance to come back.

We had a great stay in Traute's place near Leonidio. The beach house has a secluded feel, with great views in all directions.

Had a lovely stay here. Beautiful apartment, stunning location - peaceful and serene not far from the gorgeous / bustling town of Areaopoli. Spiro was super friendly greeted us with a huge smile and Buddy his dog was the bestest good boy!!

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona’s house - it is fully equipped, located very close to the water and had a beautiful patio. Hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay is comfortable. Mr. Lambros would bring us fresh fruits form his garden 😊 There is a nice tavern near by with good cocktails and food - it includes restaurant area for sit down dinner and beach area with bar with chilling by the water. Supermarket is 10 minutes drive and a few beautiful golf courses in the area if you like to play. We highly recommend Fioras house!

Ιδανική τοποθεσία για απόλυτη ηρεμία και χαλάρωση για όσους το επιζητούν. Το σπίτι πληρούσε όλες τις προδιαγραφές. Πλήρως οργανωμένο. Σε προνομιακή θέση με φανταστική θέα από όλα τα σημεία. Πολύ καλή θάλασσα και πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια και με λίγους επισκέπτες. Η φύση σε όλο της το μεγαλείο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες για την διαμονή μας.

Wir wurden herzlich von Stavroula und ihrem Mann bei unserer Ankunft begrüsst. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlernen, wurde uns das Haus gezeigt und das wichtigste erklärt. Was ich besonders schön fand, Stavroula hatte uns bereits einige Lebensmittel bereitgestellt. Ich war schon in vielen AirB&B‘s doch dieses war wirklich aussergewöhnlich schön. Die Unterkunft liegt abgeschieden. Wir genossen den Nachthimmel ohne Lichtverschmutzung, dass rauschen des Meeres und die Ruhe. Der grosse Garten bietet ausreichend Platz für alle möglichen Aktivitäten. Das Meer ist wunderschön und man ist fast alleine am Strand. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Alles funktionierte: Backofen, Herd, zwei grosse Kühlschränke und drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit je einer Klimaanlage versehen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Es hat zwei Nasszellen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Un soggiorno perfetto! Niki è stata molto ospitale e gentile, ci ha accolto e fatto vedere la casa ed è stata sempre disponibile. La casa è pulita in modo impeccabile, la posizione è ottima: qualche gradino e si è in spiaggia, l’alba vista dal balcone è speciale. Con pochi passi si raggiunge il centro di Petalidi con locali e ristoranti. Parcheggio comodo in strada. Assolutamente consigliato!

Trotz das wir erst spät anreisen konnten, wurden wir trotzdem sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist ein echter Traum. Sie Aussicht ist atemberaubend und das kleine Studio sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall nötig. Wir werden dieses Airbnb auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank !
