With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Stone mullion windows, beamed ceilings, oak floors and doors lend a sense of rustic charm to the fabric of the building and yet there is every modern amenity. There is access to wooded and landscaped gardens with long-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a private area to sit and enjoy the location.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Bulls Close Cottage is situated in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales village of Austwick, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Close to Settle, The Three Peaks & Kirkby Lonsdale. This charming cottage (an annex attached to the main house) has a private terrace and outdoor seating area for those warm summer evenings. The cottage has WiFi and sky TV, a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, hairdryer, and soaps are provided and when it’s cold, the underfloor heating keeps you snug!
