A TV, love seat and coffee table. A private neighborhood walking trail one block away that goes to a pond. Free on site parking. Coded door entry. Provided toiletries and snacks. And sunset view.

Experience a true Colorado getaway with this custom built Scandinavian inspired A-frame, nestled on the Palmer Divide, located only 15 min to Colorado Spring & 30 min to S Denver. You will feel secluded within the pines with views to die for. You might see wildlife while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the hot tub or cozied up in a blanket. First bottle of wine on us! Hiking trails are minutes drive from the cabin. Make sure to relax & make lots of memories. 😊

Tiny A-Frame Retreat | Glamping • Hot Tub • Nature

Escape to your own tiny glass A-Frame on nearly 10 acres of pine forest. Enjoy glamping comfort with a loft bed, pullout couch, Starlink Wi-Fi, hot tub, grill, and projector for movie nights. Huge front windows offer peaceful forest views and starry skies. Explore the property, play outdoor games, or relax by the fire pit. The bathroom is about 150 ft west of the A-Frame, between the camper and the cabin. Expect fresh air, wildlife, and a few friendly bugs.

Mary's Cottage - Small Town Retreat

This charming 3 bedroom home provides comfort in a peaceful small town setting. A great option for out of town guests or travelers who want to experience a bit of the old west and the convenience to the big city and mountain activities. Nicely decorated in an elegant cottage style, you will feel at home immediately. Guests have full and exclusive access to entire home and attached garage. Plenty of on street parking for extra vehicles.

The Beach House ⚓️

Our walk-in basement sleeps 6. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and was painted by my daughter to depict an underwater aquarium. The 2nd bedroom is pleasant blue, set up for children, includes a single bed and a bunkbed. A pack and play is available for a baby. A small kitchen area includes a table for 6 and a microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge. The bathroom was recently renovated and will pamper you!

Our family has lived on this gorgeous, treed 5-acre property for twenty-five years. Back then, we were considered the outskirts of town. Now we have amazing amenities just a couple of miles up the road. I've been designing and building custom homes for 25 years. This home represents all of my best ideas and style.
