للامانه الشقه نظيفه واسعه وجميله لها اطلاله ساحره عالنيل فيها كل وسائل الرفاهيه انترنت مفتوح حمامات بماء ساخن سراير نظيفه وواسعه ، ملائاع ومخدات زياده داخل الدولاب ، موقعها بقلب القاهره كل شي قريب مطبخ متكامل والسيد / محمد متعاون ومتفهم وكذلك يستجيب باي وقت كان وقت وصولنا الفجر ولم يتاخر كان موجود قبلنا بوقت ايضا البواب يتناوب في جميع الاوقات وودودين كذلك في صراف بنفس العماره هالشي يسهل الصرف بصراحه كل شي كان كامل سعدنا جدا جدا بالاقامه وانصحكم فيه ولن تكون اخر مره بالنسبه لي وللاهل ..

السلام عليكم الشقه كويسه موقع ممتاز واطلاله ممتازه جدا ورائعه المدخل قديم ولا يعيب الشقه الغرف ٣ فرشها نظيف جدا والطراز قديم يوجد ٣ صالات جميله وبلياردو جميله واثاث نظيف وجميل المطبخ متوسط الى ظعيف يحتاج اعاده تاهيل ككل الشقه تحتاج الى بعض التحسينات وهي بالمجمل جميله مقارنه بسعرها الحمامات ٣ جيده الى متوسطه الارضيات باركيه جيده الاسره نظيفه جدا وجميله فيها بلكونه ترد الروح بس عيبها الازعاج بسبب وجود محطه بنزين جانبها اما من ناحيه المظيف طارق فلن تجد شخص محترم ومؤدب ويجيد حسن التعامل مثل طارق وكذا احمد جزاهم خيرا انا اوصي بها لمن يقبل الوضع ٨ من ١٠ وشكرا

السكن مريح وهادي ولديه اطلاله ممتازه المضيف سريع الاستجابه على جميع الملاحظات .

I stayed three nights at the nice big flat. I enjoyed the stay and can really recommend the place. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. The view is very nice too, overlooking the city. Unfortunately the view to the Nile is quite blocked now. Check-in will be with a security guy from downstairs. He doesn´t speak english but we managed with translator. And the owner was always available for texting too. Everybody was very friendly. When I stayed there, there was no hot water in the main bathroom and the location on airbnb was wrong, actually 10 km away, somewhere north of the Fairmont hotel. The real location is on the Al Manial island. Most probably everything is fine, when you book, as the owner promised to take care of the problems. For me it was not an issue.

I'm glad I chose this cute flat to stay in Cairo. perfect location, very quiet at night, and very nice and helpful hosts who are always very responsive. special thank to Abdelrahman , Romani and Tadruz! would definitely stay here again

افضل مكان تسكن فيه في مصر شقة نظيفه مضيف اسطوري ومتعاون معك في كل حاجة الشقة كبيره و واسعه ومكانها امن تحت كله حراسات وشرطه عشان بعض السفارات راح اعتمدها لي في رحلاتي في مصر

¡Excelente experiencia en el apartamento de Ayman en Zamalek, El Cairo! El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y la ubicación es perfecta para explorar la ciudad. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Ayman fue un anfitrión muy atento y servicial durante toda nuestra visita, siempre disponible cuando lo necesitábamos. Definitivamente recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que visite El Cairo. ¡Gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable!"

very safe as it is in the building of an embassy, very clean and modern, good value for money. we had people waiting for us at 2 AM when we arrived making it even easier to check in. the hosts reply to the messages very quickly so you can communicate for everything you want/need. in general very good experience

Fantastic stay. The manager was kind enough to greet us despite a delayed flight. Property is attractive and spotless. No real traffic on the road outside, so its an ideal bolthole in Zamalek. Half the price of comparable options.
