Departamento renovado muy moderno, con todas las comodidades. impecable la limpieza. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo caminando. Muy recomendable. Pasamos unos días espléndidos.

Mejor ubicacion y precio-calidad. Ya hemos alojado varias veces y seguimos seguramente en el proximo viaje.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is amazing — modern, very well equipped, comfortable, and perfect for groups. Everything was spotless and well organized, and we were even greeted with a lovely welcome gift from the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. The location is a bit farther from the center of Barcelona (around 25 minutes by Uber), but for a group, it’s absolutely worth it considering the house’s comfort and quality. Unfortunately, there was a small incident with a water leak on the last day — completely out of anyone’s control. Still, the host responded immediately, stayed in close contact, and even refunded us for that night. The way she handled the situation made us feel even more confident in our choice. We highly recommend this house — it was a memorable stay!

El apartamento es hermoso, muy cómodo, con una decoración moderna y muy bien equipado. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona con tiendas de primeras marcas y lleno de lindos restaurantes. Esta a muy pocas cuadras de estaciones de metro que llevan a distintos lugares. Se puede ir caminando a Plaza Cataluña. Mo recomiendo para estadías familiares en una ciudad hermosa como Barcelona.

We had a very pleasant and nice stay at Mar’s house. A very calm, peaceful and private location. Enjoyed the view of mountains and heated pool. Great place to stay with the kids. Mar was always available and responded quickly. We enjoyed a lot our vacations and felt like home due to Mar’s kindness and hospitality. We definitely recommend and will plan to come back again. Der Check in mit Toni klappte sehr gut. Er gab tolle Tipps und war sehr flexibel. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass wir das Gepäck noch dort lassen durften. Die Terrasse war sehr schön zum Entspannen. Danke für den Wein. Wie hatten eine tolle Zeit in Barcelona.

We had a great stay at Laia's. Had 1 or 2 initial issues gaining access to the building but communication with Laia was prompt and it was quickly resolved. Loved the size of the apartment, the decor, the balcony, the big comfy bed, the welcome bottle of red and the lighting. The location was great, parking station below, building has a lift, cafes & restaurants EVERYWHERE. We loved that there was not 1 but 2 small, intimate cocktail bars below the apartment, and a wine shop 😃 You would think being on the 1st floor it would have been noisy but not at all (with the balcony doors closed) and really dark too (with the shuttters closed). Would definitely recommend & stay again. Thank you Laia

We had a wonderful few days staying in the apartment. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It was also perfectly located for us to either walk to various places or to hop on the metro. Thank you for being so responsive during the power cut too!

Location, location, location! The apartment is perfectly located for exploring La Sagrada Familia, accessing the subway and catching a taxi. Despite it being a tourist area, there are many good restaurants in the area, and Laura provides excellent recommendations. There is a supermarket half a block away. Though the neighborhood is very busy during the day, it is quiet at night. The apartment is very comfortable with good beds and had everything we needed. Laura is an extremely responsive host and wants her guests to enjoy the apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is fantastic, I lack of words to describe how good it is. We are a group of 6 people, 5 of them are my senior family, the elevator in the house is so convenient for them to go up and down. There are only two bedrooms (on 1.5 floor and 2.5 floor respectively) that need to climb half a floor to get there, which is totally fine for us, just FYI. 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor with elevator right to that floor. We loved the house very much, big space, clean, equipped with all things you need for kitchen, comfy sofa, close to metro and supermarket, quiet neighborhood, etc. It’s too bad that it’s still too cold for us though to swim in the pool, I hope to come back to this house in summer and enjoy it. Also the towels are super soft, I also love that. Just cannot find anything negative about this house!

Lugar excepcional. La terraza increíble tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Lo único que observarla es que el lugar no estaba demasiado limpio: mucha grasa en la cocina y la ducha no estaba óptima. Todo el edificio necesita un poco más de limpieza. Por suerte en el depto había todo tipo de productos . Son detalles que si mejorará haría del lugar algo fenomenal.

Silvia ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Wir durften unsere Koffer schon ab 11:00 Uhr unterstellen, weil wir sehr früh in Barcelona angereist sind. Die Begrüssung durch Silvia war so herzlich, dass sich meine Eltern und ich gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Sie hat Wasser, Cola und Kaffee bereit gestellt und das Beste, sogar eine Flasche Weisswein. Silvia ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich, immer erreichbar, fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder man noch etwas benötigt. Toll! Die Wohnung ist ein absolutes Idyll, man merkt Silvia die Liebe zum Detail an. Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast und haben immer wieder neue liebevolle Details entdeckt. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung war für uns der wunderschöne Patio mit unzähligen Pflanzen und Blumen. Hier haben wir auch jeden Morgen ausgiebig gefrühstückt und abends unseren Wein genossen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Stadtteil Gràcia, zur Metro sind es 7 Min. Danke liebe Silvia. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage in Garcia, war klasse. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Das Treppenhaus war ein bisschen eng und typisch für alte Häuser. Sah etwas verloren aus, aber die Wohnung war TOP. Danke für den Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne wieder *****

La casa è molto accogliente,pulita e completa di tutto...la zona è molto tranquilla ma servita da tanti negozi e vicinissima alla metro,di fronte casa c è un comodissimo market. Roger è molto reattivo e gentile e risponde a ogni domanda in maniera molto chiara e celere.Consiglio vivamente questa casa

This place is very charming with incredible outside space. Carles was a fantastic host - he was super responsive and friendly. If you are light sleepers the only issue is that the floors creak very loudly so you cannot walk around while others are sleeping. If that doesn't bother you/ I would recommend- Fantastic location!

A place you don’t want to leave, quiet and save, restaurant along the beach is value for money and with good food.

Bonne communication et réactivité de notre hôte. Notre arrivée s’est bien passée. Le logement était très propre et spacieux pour 3 personnes. Les environs sont peu intéressants car éloignés du centre mais nous le savions. L’important pour nous était d’avoir accès à un parking. On sort et entre aussi facilement dans la ville en voiture de fait. Ensuite en tram et métro on rejoint le centre en une trentaine de minutes.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Nelly und Aitana. Nelly hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht. Der Strand war wunderschön und ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ca. 4 Min. entfernt, mit diesem konnte man direkt in die Stadt fahren. Bis zum Plaza Catalunya waren es je nach Verkehr zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war dies eine gute Mischung zwischen Stadt und Strand. Natalia est une hôte très accueillante et particulièrement gentille, l’appartement est grand et pratique, dans un bel environnement (pinède) avec des jeux pour les enfants et très proche de la mer. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu visité les environs et nous rendre à Barcelone en 20/25 minutes, nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Merci ☀️

What a wonderful place. The accomodation is very well equipped in a beautiful area. The nearby beach is lovely with some great bars & restaurants in walking distance. The supermarket across the road is brilliant, with everything you might need. Also it is easy to get to the city on the bus. The hosts were very accomodating meeting us from a late flight, providing local information and providing bikes for us to use. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. Didn’t hire a car so used trains. Very convenient for the two stations-about a mile to Castelldefels in one direction and less to Platja de Castelldefels in the other direction. Pretty quick journey time into Barcelona. We spent a couple of days exploring Barcelona and one day in Sitges (really pretty). There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby so it can be a bit lively at night. We ate at several restaurants; Solraig, Pendulo & Amar and would recommend them all. They cater for allergies really well. There is a gluten free bakery a few metres from the apartment, which is amazing! The promenade is great for walking, cycling, skating etc. it goes on for miles. We benefitted from lovely weather so were able to walk along it everyday. The swimming pool seems clean but it was too cold for us to do anything other than dip our legs in! The only downside (not a problem for us) is possibly the three flights of stairs up to the apartment. Highly recommended!
