Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Rebeca hat uns persönlich empfangen und über die Besonderheiten gut informiert. Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung, das Bett und die Couch waren sehr bequem und Bereiche wie Badezimmer, Küche und restliche Räume ordentlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Nochmal Danke an Rebeca für die Möglichkeit in Ihrer Wohnung zu wohnen.

A brilliant stay, the flat was very clean and the terrace was brilliant for morning and early afternoon sun. The kitchen had everything you need for evening meals. Abel was very helpful on check in and check out. Look forward to staying again!

The apartment was very nice, a good size, well decorated, had everything we needed for 6 of us to stay. Loved having the outside area to eat lunch. Host was very responsive and friendly, we were able to check in very late without any problems. We would stay here again, it’s in a good location.

Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

Vanessa ha sido muy amable y responde ante cualquier duda muy rápida y de forma clara. La casa es tal cual se describe, ideal para hasta 4 personas. El baño y la cocina son totalmente funcionales y las camas / sofá cama son cómodos. La terraza tiene unas vistas buenísimas y se ve el mar sin tener edificios que lo tapen. La zona es tranquila (fuimos en semana santa) a menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa. Y también hay una zona de restaurantes, cafeterías, paseo marítimo amplio, zona para niños, puerto, etc. Es decir, puedes distraerte si vas con niños. La playa es de arena, nada de piedras. En definitiva, una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en la playa, pero a 20 minutos de Valencia para ver la ciudad de las artes, la zona del ayuntamiento y muy cerca de la pequeña Venecia.

A lovely place to stay. Quiet, yet easy walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and beach. Really easy to get anywhere in the city on public transport and an easy bike ride into town.

¡Una estancia de 10! La casa estaba impecable: todo muy limpio y ordenado. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, el salón-comedor y la cocina súper bien equipados, y el baño limpísimo. La terraza también es muy chula, aunque no llegamos a usarla. Pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fueron los detalles de Antonio. Al llegar, nos encontramos con agua, café, chocolatinas, leche… ¡todo un detallazo! Y lo más bonito: habían preparado un rinconcito especial para mi bebé que nos tocó el corazón. Además, aunque en el anuncio no aparecían ni trona ni bañera, se lo pregunté y en un abrir y cerrar de ojos ya las teníamos. Ese tipo de atención y cariño es lo que hace que Antonio sea un súper anfitrión. 100% recomendable. ¡Gracias por todo, Antonio!

Unfortunately, due to ill health my wife and I were unable to travel. However, my sister-in-law and her husband did travel and used the apartment. It was located very close to Valencia airport and proved ideal for people arriving into Valencia late at night. While I didn't get to travel, I did have excellent communications with Fran in making travel arrangements. His prompt responses and advice were so helpful. A great host.

We love this place - we stayed for a month in 2023, and liked it so much we came back! Lovely location near the beach, lovely area itself, lovely house 😃

La estancia fue muy bien. Rocio ha contestado bastante rápido en todo momento. El alojamiento es ideal para pasar unos días con amigos/as, con muy buena ubicación, y bien cuidado. Volveríamos a repetir nuestra estancia.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

La casa tiene de todo y más con niños , no falta detalle está muy bien equipada es muy espaciosa y muy tranquila , sin duda repetiremos cuando viajemos de nuevo a Valencia ! Ariadna súper atenta y muy cuidadosa en dar detalles de cómo moverte y que visitar y más recomendaciones. Nuestros niños han disfrutado del patio muchísimo Podéis estar muy tranquilos en este alojamiento Muchas gracias Ariadna !

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We all loved your apartment!

Fantastic place! 5 minutes walk from the airport, whilst being well connected to Valencia center (metro station 1 min walk) with metros every few minutes and only taking around 15-20 min to get the center. (Tickets are also very cheap and can be bought at the station) Lidl is also 1 min away, with a few more local restaurants etc. We chose to stay here for the location (close to airport) but we loved it for how clean (and i mean spotless) the place was, how responsive the host is, how easy it was to get to and from Valencia center and how quiet the area was. Would not chose to stay anywhere else if we return, this was our first time in Spain and this place made it lovely (even through the big Spain blackout on the 28th of April. We could easily walk to the airport and check status etc.) Lovely experience, highly recommended, don't take just my word for it, look at the other reviews!

Le logement d’Enrique est une petite perle : bien agencé, propre et avec toutes les commodités (draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, couverts, produits d’hygiène et de nettoyage…). Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Enrique est un hôte réactif et avenant, qui nous a donné toutes les instructions nécessaires pour accéder au logement et y passer un bon séjour. Le quartier ne paye pas de mine au premier abord, mais il suffit de s’y promener un peu pour voir son côté pittoresque. La plage est à quelques rues de l’appartement et, selon l’heure, il est relativement facile de trouver une place de parking. Nous recommandons vivement !

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Adam und Eddy war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist top und mein fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Die Unterkunft liegt ebenfalls nah an der U Bahn und das Stadtzentrum ist mit nur 2 Stationen zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Ein späterer Check Out war ebenfalls problemlos möglich. Nur zu Empfehlen!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Hemos estado un fin de semana en familia fabuloso en el apartamento de Victoria. Tanto las instalaciones comunes como el apartamento son ideales para tomar unos días de relax y descanso ( la piscina 🏊‍♂️ está al ladito del apartamento) Ideal para familias 👨‍👨‍👦 o parejas 👨‍❤️‍👨 que busquen desconectar. Todo muy amplio, limpio y ordenado. Cuidan todos los detalles 🔟 La playa🌊 y el paseo a 50 pasos. ♥️♥️♥️REPETIREMOS♥️♥️ ♥️

Vi var 5 jenter i 30-årene som tilbrakte en langhelg i Valencia i april 2025. Pasqualis var svært enkel å holde kontakt med både før og under oppholdet, og vi opplevde han veldig fleksibel, hjelpsom og vennlig. Leiligheten var fantastisk, med fine fasiliteter og stort areal. Det var kort å gå til både park, kaféer, sykkelutleie, matbutikk, restauranter osv, og i tillegg var det enkelt å finne ledig taxi i nærheten. Vi vil anbefale Pasqualis og leiligheten hans til andre som ønsker å oppleve den fine byen Valencia!

Jana's place was perfect for my 2-night-stay in Valencia. Pretty much everything I wanted to see was within an easy walking distance. The studio itself is modern, clean and very spacious. Would happily recommend it to others and would book again when coming back to Valencia!

Patri ist eine wunderbare, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit einer tollen Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum Strand Malvarosa. Lage: Die Wohnung ist fußläufig etwa drei Minuten vom tollen Strand Malvarosa und seiner langen Promenade entfernt. Sie ist super durch Metro, Busanbindung und das Fahrradverleihsystem „Valenbisi“ angebunden. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist exakt so ausgestattet wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und einigen Extras. Sie ist wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Gastgeberin: Patri ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns an der Metro abgeholt hat. Sie ist Gastgeberin von Herzen und wartet in ihrer Wohnung mit vielen Extras, die über das erwartete Maß an eine AirBnB-Wohnung hinausgehen, auf. Patri reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen.
