The location of the apartment is right where you want to be. Lots of adorable little bars, restaurants and even a little fruit stand just 50 feet away! Plus the big Ruzafa Mercado is down the street. The inside of the apartment is so chic. Black, gray, stainless and a kick of fuchsia. The patio is comfortable and a great place for coffee or glass of wine. Great hot water and water pressure too. Loved it and would like to come back!!!! Alicia was gracious enough to go to the visitors center and get Easter weekend festivities info for us. She stopped by for a quick “hello” and run-through of where things are, washer/dryer operation, etc. Really nice host and apartment.

O apartamento é excelente. A decoração, o ambiente, tudo é muito bonito! Passamos dias espetaculares. A localização é perfeita para explorar Valência a pé e se quiser, de transporte também! Carlos é super simpático! Nos recebeu na chegada e compartilhou muitas informações necessárias para a nossa estadia. A comunicação durante todo o tempo foi excelente. Respondia rapidamente a tudo. Ótima escolha para ficar em Valência e com certeza retornaremos!

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

Very spacious and good looking place with a great location. Totally worth the money, very gladly visit again for the next stay in Valencia!

We had a lovely stay at David’s place. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. It was easy and peaceful for sleeping. The Terrace is amazing and has afternoon sun which is very hot. There is an electric retractable sunshade that works perfectly. When we arrived (later in the day) they had thought of everything, leaving us coffee, water, bread and even some fresh croissants and a bottle of wine. This was extraordinary for us as we didn’t need to rush out right after we arrived to get necessary supplies. There are plenty of local tavernas and grocery shops close by. The grocery right around the corner offers an orange juicer you place the size of bottle you want and push the button and it presses the oranges right in front of you. It was the best orange juice we’ve ever had. Down the street is an Empanada shop. They were quite good, but the server was so fun. She has a little bag of dog treats at the ready and locals walk past with their dogs who are ready to accept her treats.

The apartment was perfect for our trip. Great location for walking or cycling everywhere in the city (we didn’t get on the metro once!). Easy to get to from the airport. Perfect size for 2 people, clean, quiet, wonderful. Thank you!

Excellent apartment. Very easy to reach. Great welcome from Jorge’s father. Apartment exactly as advertised. Only thing to note is that it is just off a main road, the Gran Via Ferran el Católico, and there is quite a lot of road noise, but hey, you’re in the middle of a vibrant city.

The loft was great. It was clean and welcoming. Rosa (and her mother) were superb hosts. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. The neighborhood is a great place to stay in Valencia, especially during easter week, as there are lots of interesting processions happening. All main sights and the historic city center are easy to reach via bus, or Uber. Many great restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes by foot, Rosa gave us some recommendations.

아주 깨끗하고 현대적인 새아파트라서 머물면 기분좋아지는숙 입니다. 시내에 위치해있고 바로 앞에 큰 공원이 있습니다. 도보로 10분이내에 구시가지 관광지에 접근할 수 있어 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Wonderful Stay! Carlos and Chris did an amazing job. The apartment is super clean and beautiful. Everything you need is in the unit. They added really nice little touches. For example, they have a really great hair dryer, coffee machine, all cookware you could need, suitcase holder, etc. When I first arrived, Chris greeted me and gave the run down of how everything works. In the background, he had a really nice playlist playing softly on the tv which really set a fun and homely tone for my stay. Carlos was super responsive and accommodating to my every need, fulfilling my requests in less than 24 hours. I would definitely stay again! The location is great for exploring different parts of the city too! The area also felt quite safe. The only thing you may need to consider is you can sometimes hear noises from outside or neighbors. I’m not a heavy sleeper and these noises didn’t wake me up or bother me. So it’s probably not a problem unless you are a very very light sleeper.

Het appartement is erg aangenaam, comfortabel en goed uitgerust. Het was kraak-proper bij aankomst. Communicatie met de beheerder was zeer proactief en professioneel. De buurt Cabanyal is een rustige uitvalsbasis, er valt niet veel te beleven. Voor meer leven moet je in het centrum zijn. Wandelafstand naar het strand 15min, hoewel ik het strand niet erg aantrekkelijk vond. Taxi’s zijn goedkoop en openbaar vervoer op 5min. wandelen. Goede bakkerij op 2min. wandelen.

Belle surprise à l’arrivée puisque l’appartement est plus grand que ce que l’on pourrait croire sur les photos ! Il n’y a pas de chambre fermée, le lit est dans le salon, séparé pas un meuble, mais cela n’est pas dérangeant. La rue est très calme. L’appartement très récent et propre avec un bon équipement. Je recommande vraiment ce logement.

We hebben hele leuke dagen gehad. De locatie Was top: vlakbij zee, de tapas bar om de hoek en ook in de ochtend vlakbij een winkel. Het appartement is van alles voorzien. Ik Was heel blij om even de Was te kunnen doen. Kan echt niets bedenken wat niet goed Was. Lichtinval is beperkt.
