This location is situated in a safe area, with only a 5 minute walk to Silversand Beach. The property is all fenced up and guarded by 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 1 turtle. The room is simple but sufficient. There's a shared bathroom on 4 meter distance. You will have access to a good equipped kitchen, living room and porch.
