Small kitchen with hob, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Two comfortable armchairs and flat screen tv. Sunny outside terrace with table and chairs. This small & cozy 2 bed cottage is set in the village of Hempton, ideal for couples and small families it is located approx 10min walk to Fakenham town centre. Fakenham is a lovely market town with plenty of local amenities including some great places to eat. The property is equipped with the comforts you’ll need for a great stay, with parking available on Bakery Court which is a short walk through to Oak Row. Free WI-FI. Great pub & lake around the corner.
