Un petit coin de paradis 😀 Le logement est très bien équipé et très agréable. La piscine est magique !! Malcolm est adorable et la communication avec lui est très facile. Je recommande ++++ Un seul regret… nous aurions dû réserver 1 semaine de + 😉

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Arhun's house is very near to the seaside. If you want to have a sea vacation without a doubt you can choose it. House was clean and Arhun helped us with his suggestions.

Everything great, minus the Wifi that wasn't working during my stay. Host fixed heating next morning. Great host, amazing location, near the main street. Safe and clean building. Room gets dark to sleep in the morning. Space is big enough for 2 or 3 people.

We had a few issues at the start which Elena fixed as soon as she could. This is a host that will go through fire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is modern and beautiful with a balcony to relax on during slow days. There are a few minor things that could be improved upon: - The couch is pretty small. If you're a plus size person, you won't be able to sit comfortably watching tv. - The beds does not have any mattress pads and in certain positions you can feel the spring in the mattress. I believe this place is a 5/5 if the above are taken care of.

Perfect location, and did not have any problems in the apartment.

The apartment is directly in the center of Larnaca. It is perfect for a family on vacation. Beautiful sunrises every morning with breakfast on the terrace. Convenient to the marina for the scuba diving boats, which was good for me. A/C worked perfectly despite 35+ degrees. Bed was comfortable. Despite location over the carnival rides, it was completely quiet. The building itself is a bit dated, but the unit is perfectly fine, clean and comfortable. Alexandros communicated very well and promptly. Efxharisto poli Alex!

Very good location for travelers with a car — there’s always free street parking available. Spacious rooms, good internet connection, and excellent communication with the host.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. In December, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which efficiently heated the space, as well as the constant access to hot water. The location in the center of Larnaca was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. On one side, we had a panorama of the city and the sea, and on the other, the Troodos Mountains – absolutely stunning! The apartment was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. From dishes and pots to a cezve for making coffee – the hosts thought of every detail. We were very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Larnaca.

The apartment was as described in the ad; amazing location right at the beautiful MacKenzie beach; 20 minites walk from the city centre, along the sea front. I can warmly recommend this apartment.

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Andreas was a super host, helpful with questions and information even before we got to larnaca, when we arrived Andreas was there to meet and greet us and gave us a bottle of wine and 3 bottles ofwater a very nice gesture and welcome,if we had any questions Andreas was allways there to help, The apartment was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable, the balcony was totally amazing,But the view was fantastic unbelievable, The apartment is walking distance to the beach the bus stop and laranca town all within a 5 minutes of the apartment, great restaurants, good food ,friendly people, the beach was lovely and clean ,all in all the perfect hoilday, I will definitely be going again to laranca and definitely staying at Andreas apartment, top man, top apartment, I recommend it to anybody,

Alessandras Villa hat uns mit seiner wunderbaren Lage, dem großartigen Meerblick und seiner Ruhe vom ersten Moment an überzeugt. Mit der Einrichtung und den Antiquitäten im Haus fühlten wir uns schnell zu Hause. Der beste Ort ist das oberste Schlafzimmer. Die Sonnenaufgänge haben wir von dort keinen Morgen verpasst. Rund um das Haus konnten wir hervorragend joggen und wandern. Auf Tagesausflügen haben wir den Westen Nordzyperns gut erkunden können. Auf der Terrasse ließ es sich wunderbar entspannen und/oder für das Abitur lernen. Ein toller Ort, zu dem wir gerne einmal zurückkehren möchten!

Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

We found everything we needed in the apartment, including sunscreen, towels, after sun lotion. The host was very nice, he left us water, fruit and other stuff to eat in the fridge. The hospitality was on point. It was very clean, AC in every room, it looked like in the pictures. The only inconvenient was that you definitely need a car to go to the beach or other attractions and you can’t swim in the pool after 8pm.

We've been staying in AirBNB's now for 8 years and can honestly say Eda's apartment was the cleanest and best equipped with everything you could need. The patio was great and the communal gardens were pretty with firs, orange and olive trees (and a lot we didn't know). We didn't try the pools as we're both nesh and it was a bit early in the season, but both looked really clean and maintained. Eda's instructions, manuals and communications were second to none and the snacks and wine were very much welcome after the longish flight and transfer from the South Prospective guests should know that there is nothing really within walking distance (unless super fit) and therefore a car will be needed, although Eda does state this in the description, so it shouldn't be a shock. Eda was very flexible with checkout and her taxi and car hire recommendations were spot on (nothing was too much trouble). A very relaxing and likeable experience.

The place is great for me and very comfortable. The owner was very hospitable. There is also a walkway by the sea and the view is beautiful between the mountains and the sea.

Nagyon jó elrendezésű lakás. 3 külön bejáratú hálószoba, jól felszerelt konyha, tágas nappali, nagy erkély. Megfelel a fotóknak. Minden tiszta volt és kényelmes. Öten voltunk, kényelmesen elfértünk és otthon éreztük magunkat. Különösen tetszett, hogy nem kellett kukába gyűjteni a toalettpapírt, hanem a wc-be dobható. Bármikor visszatérnénk ide.☺️

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

Cengiz Bey’e ailecek teşekkürlerimi sunarak başlamak istiyorum. Son derece ilgili, bir sorunda/ soruda hemen cevap veren, çözüm bulmaya çalışan bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde temizlik personelinden kaynaklı temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Cengiz Bey son derece ilgili bir şekilde tekrar temizletmek için uğraştı gelen temizlik personelleri daha sonra temizleyeceklerini söylediler ve gelmediler. Cengiz bey hemen temizlik ücretimizi iade etti. Bizim için önemli olan da ilgisiydi zaten eksiklikler her zaman olur ama önemli olan eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çabalamasıydı. Ev son derece güzel eski bir taş ev resmen bizi geçmişe götürdü evin dekoru, bahçesi, odaları, balkonları… merkeze, denize uzak değil. İşlerimizi rahatlıkla hallederken huzurlu bir tatil imkanı sağladı bize. Kesinlikle Cengiz Bey’ in evinizi tutmanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü herhangi bir sorunda direkt olarak muhattap buluyorsunuz ve sanki sizin yanınızdaymış gibi çözüm bulmaya çalışıyor. Çok teşekkür ederiz. 🌸
