The living quarters include a PRIVATE BATHROOM, BEDROOM, DEN & CAFE'. The space is ALL YOURS to enjoy & the extras are plentiful. Coffee, water, fresh fruit, yogurt, & snacks/candy are available. Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
