Francis Creek Retreat, built in 1881, is one of the earliest homes in the Historic Victorian Village of Ferndale. Besides being comfortable, clean, and well appointed, our sunny, two bedroom home is in the heart of Ferndale. It is a minute's walk to the town's fantastic restaurants, bars, grocery store, shops, the park, and even bocce courts! Beautiful and wild Centerville Beach is a scenic five mile drive away. Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

This private two-bedroom one bath home located in sunny Blue Lake is a great base for day trips to the Redwood National Parks, ocean, and beautiful hiking trails. The bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds, and the spacious bathroom features double sinks. The house also boasts a hot tub on the back patio and the large front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Red Barn Cottage, Cozy and Charming

The Red Barn Cottage is located within walking distance of the Victorian village of Ferndale. The Cottage is a charming, separate studio with a private entrance, gated patio, full kitchen and bathroom. We provide wonderful amenities including coffee, teas, continental breakfast items and snacks for our guests. A small to medium size dog is allowed but with our approval and an additional nonrefundable pet fee.
