An epicentre of British rock ’n’ roll in the 60s, bands such as The Who, and Rolling Stones played some of their first gigs; it is now a much more tranquil place, home to numerous artist studios. Easy access to London but set away where you can't tell you in London. The property is located on the Island but it doesn't have a river view.

We have a back garden with furniture or you could walk/cycle to nearby gems: Ham House & Gardens, Ham Polo Club, Petersham Nurseries, River Thames / Hammerton's Ferry over to the Rugby in Twickenham. Free parking. Frequent buses into Richmond or Kingston nearby.
